The hamburger doesn’t collapse once I click a link. Also in the responsive mode the banner photo. it is not responsive as the other images as well.

I bought the theme but i can’t find any instructions so i can start with this theme.

i noticed that the video background is not presented or playing on the mobile device only by turning the phone and to press play. Is it possible to let the video play by opening the site on the phone by changing the settings? since the video is our main thing for purchasing.

when i purchase this theme will it be updated in the future to keep it in tact when wordpress keeps updating?

Hi, I am having trouble getting my navigation to show up. I have the navigation set to “primary navigation”. They are set as “custom links” with the link being https://*mywebsite*.com/#home, I have also double checked that the custom Id’s on the homepage are the same.

I have also tested using a page instead of a custom link and that doesn’t show up either.

Any suggestions as to what I might be missing? Thanks!

In portfolio section when we create a gallery within a portfolio item, the photos are shown in bad resolution due to BFI filter, which resizes the jpeg into low res. It is urgent that we have this sold as soon as possible.

Whenever user click on the menu link its taking more time to go the body section . As example when I click on the contact it’s going to contact section at the mean time if user click on about menu link it take little more time to go the about section .Also vibrate the body section. We want to remove the vibration .

Please suggest me how to increase the speed to go the body section when we click on menu .

I have problems customising your theme OneClick. The code doesn’t display properly and the WP Bakery editor doesn’t work either. Maybe this could be fixed by updating the visual composer, but do I have to pay money for that? Can you help with the code not displaying properly in classic mode in wordpress?
