Hello ,
I brought your theme few months before for my other website but its version is flatsome 2.2. Is it possible to update theme without affecting the content , pages , post etc. because my website is live. If it is possible please let me know how to do it.

Yes You can always downgrade to V2 if things does not work as you hoped it would.
On the file: /inc/extensions/flatsome-shortcode-insert/shortcode_insert.js could you change the shortcode name back to “Shortcodes” (that 2.+ version had). Having the name “Flatsome” for the shortcode dropdown doesn’t mean anything to my clients. Thanks.
We’ll change it to “Elements”. Does that sound more logical? We call them elements in the UX Builder

Actually, thinking about this more, you already have an “Elements” item inside the drop down. It would be strange to have elements, then an elements inside that. I think “Shortcode” makes more sense. For adding shortcode. Thoughts?

I am using Child theme with it and using custom functions.php, everything is working fine but what i noticed today is the website is not display price filter slider widget anywhere i tried adding, everything is being shown expect that.
Any idea?

UX Builder is not available on Custom Post Types.
I got 2 CPT with posts and there’s no UX Builder as well as some Blog Customization Settings not working on CPT (e.g. Tittle Layout – Top Full – Transparent Header)
Please fix it.
Another problem with CPT compatibility:
I added CPT posts to the ordinary Wordpress Post Category.
This category doesn’t display CPT posts (everything else does), but there are number paginations. So I can see page pagination of this category, but no displayed posts.
(P.S. In V2 it worked fine)
Can you fix it? I would be grateful for the response.
Another bug
When I search posts using search box, I got results with page pagination; some pages has posts in results and other pages (pagination) have no posts displayed even I see the pagination numbers.
I checked in the Settings: SHOW BLOG AND PAGES IN SEARCH RESULTS.

Hello, there is one feature I would like to suggest: it is the option of having a top bar instead of left/right sidebar on the shop page.
Something like we have here: http://raen.com/shop/sunglasses-and-eyeglasses/
In my site it is better to have the sidebar always visible to make it easier for the customers; however, with the sidebar on left/right, product images gets smaller.
It would be grate if we could have both larger images and visible sidebar. If the sidebar could be in the top of the shop page, it would work perfectly.
Can you please consider it?!

Do you mean toggeling the sidebar with the “Filter” button? We have a “Off-canvas” layout that you could use that does the same
Hello, no, I mean, instead of a sidebar, it could also be an option of a “top bar” (a bar in the horizontal in the top of the product page, before products).
V3 Customization Settings – Typography
There is no option to choose subset Latin-Extended for Headlines, Navigation and Base text fonts. Alt-font has subset only.
Because of that, some fonts are not loaded.
Hi there, it should be possible to choose subset, but only if the font support it. F.ex Lato has many subsets to choose from.

Raleway font has subsets too, but there’s no option and some fonts aren’t loaded.
Ok, thanks for letting us know. This is controlled by the plugin called kirki.org. Hopefully it’s fixed soon!
I made some investigation.
I checked all Kazy Loading in Advanced Settings.
Instead of Webconfig I got link rel link href:: http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Raleway:regular,700%7CRaleway:regular,500%7CRaleway:regular,regular%7CPoiret+One:latin-extI figured out, why I do not have subset and ALT-Font (Poiret One) displayed on my V3 website.
Please fix the last part and all fonts will be displayed correctly, into: ... e.g. Poiret+One:subset=latin-ext
Also fix that Webconfig should be displayed instead of Link Href.

Have I understand it correct that it is not possible to design a category page using UX Builder? Meaning, that if I have brands as categories and would like to have my own touch specific to the Brands page, I’ve to make it an ordinary page?

Hi, I am loving this theme, but I am having some problems. Recovering Password isn’t working correctly and products reviews rating is triplicating the stars. Can you help me?
I disabled and enabled reviews global at the advanced menu at the theme and the stars were fixed. Now I am having problem only with recovering password.

just a small bug, if you hit add coupon on checkout page and its empty the input field disappears whilst showing the error message
In “Structured Data Schema” for product, is giving error. The field name is empty.

- I notice that the product thumbnails are portrait oriented. Can they be landscape oriented instead? Same question for blog pages vs blog thumbnails.
- If the product thumbnails cannot be portrait oriented, can I use a separate photo for the product thumbnail and a separate photo for the product gallery? I plan to use the Full Width Gallery as my product page, the photos in the slider is landscape oriented.
- Does the Banner Focus Point also work for sliders compressed into thumbnails?
