I’ve been experiencing similiar bugs as JohnnySquash. Seems like after a short period of time when the theme works correctly, ajax just starts timing out or giving 503 errors, making it impossible to use the template builder or open other ajax-generated content such a product quick view. Restarting PHP on the server temporarily fixes the problem, however it still continues to appear even though I’ve already increased memory limit and execution time.

BIG SERIOUS BUG:
The lightbox pop up doesn’t work! This bug makes all my product photos can’t display in the lightbox.
I found there are users submitted the same bug to UX-theme 3 years ago, but they did nothing, the bug still exists.
Please advice when will give a update to fix it?? jc
Hi there, there must be a local problem on your site, so this is not a bug with Flatsome. The lightbox works on our demo site.

Please don’t jumping to conclusions without a check. Please tell me an available email address, so that I can attached the email records between the UX-themes support team(support@uxthemes.com) with me.
In the email, Michael repeated the problem I said and admitted this is a bug from the theme. He said he had raised the bug to your development team. And hope it will be fixed in future updates. But he did not tell me when will fix this issue. You know we have no time to WAIT WAIT and WAIT, untill I found in here that there are buyers submitted the same bug 3 years ago, so it is ridiculous, right?
The bug is when the user click any product thumbnail images (in the Woocommerce product pages), the product image can’t display in the lightbox (it is always in a loading status but never display the image). There is only the first main feature product image can display in the lightbox.
Please fix this serious bug in the coming 3 days, or I will apply a full refund.
Don’t ask me for the ticket ID. The ticket ID should provided by the seller, but not from the buyer. When I sent emails to the support email (support@uxthemes.com), only Michael Wild replied my email(no ticket ID indicated), but most of time, my emails just no any reply and no results. Please note, my support service still valid, that’s very bad, as when you find issues, but no people care and even reply to help us.

You get a automatic reply with a ticket ID when you email to support@uxthemes.com. How can I find your email conversation with Michael when you can’t provide us with it?

Yes, I got it. But Tommy did not solve the bug. He just disabled the Woocommerce Lightbox(pretty photo) function. We need to to use the lightbox functions, so that our product images can be displayed fully.

The bug is it the Woocommerce Lightbox(pretty photo) doesn’t work.
Your guys advertised the theme fully supports Woocommerce, but now your guys just don’t fix the bug of Woocommerce lightbox. That’s cheat.
If your guys don’t fix this bug for us, we need to apply a fully refund.

Note: Woocommerce Lightbox function is a basic function of Woocommerce, your theme doesn’t support it. How can you say it fully compatible with Woocommerce?? Tha’t funny.

Flatsome has it’s own product lightbox. That’s how the theme is advertised. It still makes it 100% compatible with WooCommere. Example: http://flatsome3.uxthemes.com/shop/men/jeansmaker-tee-lee-jeans/
Hi, but the probloem is the theme comes with the Woocommerce Lightbox(pretty photo) option. We don’t like your lightbox, because the Woocommerce lightbox is better and user friend. Regarding this, I had explained in my email to Tommy just now.

Did you see there are plenty of buyers same like me complainted this bug in here? Even 3 years ago, but we did not see any changes in the new updates.

And I noticed that if you change the size of the browser window – everything is corrected and the image immediately appears completely.

Trying to remove your breadbrumbs and adding Yoast. But it doesn’t dissapear when using:
remove_action(‘flatsome_product_before_title’, ‘woocommerce_breadcrumb’, 20); Any idea?
I fixed it by adding my own action and disabling yours in title.php in my child theme. But that requires an additional php template in my child theme for no reason.

Hi there, try disable the lazy load option in Flatsome > Advanced > Lazy loading. Seems like your site have some JS errors btw.

We tried to update the theme, because we love the theme so much, and we love our site, and the way the site look we couldn’t ask for better.
But When we tried to make “Cohenpinting” theme child, our theme had so many errors, especially the php. functions, and when we deleted the functions from the style of the site everything was broken so we had to restore the site from previous backup.
We see the new features you created on the new theme and we love it, I wish we could use the new features and now we are starting to realize that we are loosing by not upgrading the site, but the hours we spend on the function we can’t afford to start all over again.
What do you think we should do? When we have custom coding on the site?

Hi there,
I strongly recommend that you continue to use V2 if you have done many heavy customisations. If not you need to update all the files and functions your are overriding in your child theme.
We’re going to support V2 for all new WooCommerce versions, so you could safely continue to use it.
You could try recreate your site for V3 in the future when you have the time.

I’ve been using your theme for over a year and I never had coding issues because the updates were always carefully done.
BUT since your last major update, starting from 3.0, I’ve been experiencing, constantly, issues related to my server running out of memory. The thing is the server actually doesn’t really run out of memory.
Getting to the details, I’m receiving the following message when I try browsing the backend, for instance: “PHP did not respond properly to the request. As a result, Apache considers the PHP-FPM service to be unavailable”.

- A bug in the app’s PHP code, such as a buggy WordPress plugin;
- A bug in a PHP extension you’ve added to your server;
- Your server running out of memory.
My site just go back to normal after restarting PHP.
And, as I said, I’m sure my server is not running out of memory. And this just started happening after your major update. Besides, here you say the version 3.x is using a bit more memory:http://uxthemes.helpscoutdocs.com/article/190-problems-with-flatsome-3-0
My memory limit is set to 512M, isn’t this value more than enough?
Anyway, I’m just letting you know about this issue, and I hope you guys could take a look into it just to make sure everything is fine. I’d really appreciate it.
By the way, I always keep WordPress and all of my plugins updated.

Hi Johnny, does the server it self allow 512M? I would contact your host and ask about it. Sometimes is not enough to set it only in the wp-config file.

I’m my own host.
See for yourself a bit of my PHP settings:- PHP Version: 5.6.27
- PHP Max Execution Time: 600
- PHP Max Input Time seconds: -1
- PHP Memory Limit: 512M
- PHP Upload Max Filesize: 512M
- PHP Post Max Size: 1G
In wp-config.php the memory limit is also set to 512M.
Another reason why the server is not actually running out of memory is that I have other sites using different themes in the same server, under the same IP. The only one which crashes is the website that uses flatsome. And, in order to make the site go back to normal, I just need to restart PHP, I do not need to restart mysql, apache or nginx.
I’m telling you, it’s something in your code.
Could you please just run some tests? Maybe you can find out something out of the blue.

“Search” word in the search box isn’t translatable. The translation should be fetched from the language of Wordpress (recommended) or via PO file of the theme.
Another bug in V3
“Scroll To” in Chrome browser, I have grey arrows on the right next to bullets. And when I navigate the bullets, the top of the another id section (e.g. banner) isn’t on the top of the browser’s window (next section e.g. banner starts a bit lower).
V2 worked fine.

Hi there, seems like you have problems with your cache plugin. It’s giving some JS errors causing the search to not work. I recommend try another cache plugin.
