The sub menus are broken once again on all major browsers except for FireFox. You already had this fixed after my last report but it seems the bug has returned.
Here’s a screenshot of your current demo site showing the bug:

The demo seems to be working. Would it be possible that you post the required changes here, so I and other users affected by this behaviour can manually update the affected site(s)? My client that I bought/installed the theme for already had angry complaints by potential customers about the site “trolling” them by closing the menu when they try to click something.

Hi. I need your help for the issues with my appointment form. After I changed the height for the textboxes using the following code:

What other ways can the page load speed be improved significantly, without having to remove functionality or downgraded presentation? I’m not a coder so please consider that in your reply.
Also note I have deactivated a number of the plugins on my dashboard (ie Contact form 7 etc) but they still appear on the page load time report.
Your swift assistance and guidance with this issue would be greatly appreciated (note I purchased 1 year support when I purchased your theme).

You also mentioned to optimise all the images I have used on the site. I did that when I first set up the site through tinyjpg.com … is there a better way to optimise the images? A better online tool you could suggest?

Hi, I’ve just updated wordpress and the theme is full of bugs! If I add any content to a page post and then click the text tab and switch between the text and visual tab for the content of the page the content disappears. If I go in to a previous page with content and go to edit say ‘Add any content here’ through the soulmedic page builder the content of the element is blank however the content is showing in the front end of the website.

Kindly update our latest theme version. You are supposed to do the following steps to update the theme: a) Download the theme from themeforest page.
b) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it.
c) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already.
d) Now go to Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins. If you check the “Update Available” link in that section, you can see the plugins which all needs to be updated. Just click the update button of each plugin to update it to latest version.

Hi, i wrote you an email as I couldn’t make it here, but now I succeeded, so I’ll write down my issues: -The footer is stuck in the 1 column layout. I went to appearance/customise/widgets and also to the soulmedic theme settings and both appear to be in the 4 columns layout, but they aren’t -I would like to make my menu in 2 avoiding the 1st dropdown hover problem, is it possible?
