Turned on box version and don’t want to use a preset image – I want to use a solid color..but the option does not seem to be working correctly. I set the color and save but the color does not change – it’s always white.

When i installed Polylang and i tried to configure it, some of the building elements are not working , like Team Members element as you can see it supose to be under Company Directors on the front page or under FEATURED PROJECT it supose to be a gallery. Hello, the fonts might have reseted, because the Google Fonts are not installed. If you don’t see the Google Fonts in the dropdown, installed them in Theme Options – Update google fonts.
The fonts are: Montserrat (Font type 1), PT Sans (Font type 2) and Montserrat (Navigation font type).

You can control the length of the text by activating Excerpt field on the Portfolio posts. To do this, edit a portfolio post and in the top right corner of the page click on “Screen Options” and make sure the Excerpt field is checked.
A new field will be available under the main content editor. Input a bit less text.
Another options is to make the font smaller / make the spacing smaller. Open a ticket on http://anpsthemes.freshdesk.com/ Provide a link to your site and we can send you the CSS code.

Yes, the theme supports both multisite and multi language. For multi language we recommend WPML or Polylang.

The “Read more” text and other theme texts can be changed by translating using the provided POT file (default WordPress translation method).
The easiest way is to use Loco Translate.

Hello, standard licence grants you to use our theme for 1 end product/client. If you buy an extended licence we would alow that u reuse the item as long as you do not redistribute it on marketplaces. However extended licence does not grant you that in this manor. I would suggest to contact envato support and ask them. The other simple option is for you to just buy the number of licences that you want. A big bulk purchase of many licences at once would be great for us

Hello, thank you for purchasing our theme. The demo importer can be found under Appearance – Theme Options – Dummy content.
We suggest you use our demo importer not the WordPress Importer (which can be found under Tools – Import – WordPress), as our demo importer also imports menus, widgets, Revolution Slider, etc.

The theme works with PHP 5.3 and newer. Please specify which error you are getting (check the logs folder on your server or any error_log files).

With the projects filter on the project page only, it is only showing the first 9 projects when I have 12 projects inserted.
Is there a setting to change this? I have also opened a support ticket but have not had any response.

Hi there. I updated Wordpress to 4.5.2 and updated to the latest version of Construction via the Envato Toolkit and I’ve had some problems since.
I fixed the Visual Composer issues by following your upgrade instructions but we can’t get Google Maps to work, they just show France.
Are you able to advise a repair please?

Note: all customers who already have Google Maps added, will need to re-add the markers. We apologize for the issue, but we are unfortunately unable to provide a proper fallback solution. (this update was re-submitted as we did not get a notice if the update was approved and under history we only see our update and no reviewer response). Make sure to also update our Anps Theme plugin.

Thanks for the quick response. We did that, and it didn’t work. We also had the latest (1.0.1) version of the Anps plugin.
For some reason though, deleting the Anps and Slider revolution plugins, installing the fresh ones from your server, then recreating the maps, worked.
Thanks for the help, but I am not sure why re-adding the markers didn’t work without basically reinstalling every plugin packaged with your theme?
We apologize for all the inconvenience this caused you. We are also not sure why the update for Slider Revolution was required. Our plugin needed to be updated, as the field changes for Google maps element were done there.
Note that the field names for Visual Composer had to be changed, as only the field with the name ‘content’ can have the visual editor field in Visual Composer. The ‘content’ name was before used for the location, that is why the map needed to be re-inserted. This is why we were unable to provide a fallback for the older versions.

Was the new version the same version number, 1.0.1? There’s no difference in version number between the one we were using at the one we installed.
Just curious now, but happy it’s fixed 
Great to hear it is fixed. We just downloaded the new version and it is set to version 1.0.5. Really strange that the version did not change and that the issue was fixed. Will keep an eye for if we find why the issue was not changed for you.
We purchased this theme last year and wordpress was just updated to v4.5.1 now our visual composer does not work it works in wp v4.5! We cannot edit the visual composer at all. Help please!

Hello, I bought this theme a while ago, and Visual Composer had an update, which I bought and updated. However, the front page isn’t loading certain VC elements, such as gallery, and other features. I contacted VC team and they concluded that: “The issue is because there is a Visual Composer related code present in your theme added by the theme author. You will have to get rid of it” I am not sure which code they mean, and they “advise [me] to do so with the help of theme author, otherwise [I] might loose the extra elements added by him.”
Please let me know what code I have to get rid of before I can have it working. Thank you!
Hello. Sorry to hear about your issues. Our theme comes bundled with the vc so you did not need to buy it. And all you need to do is delete our bundled vc and the theme will promt you to reinstall it and you will get the new version. Firstly, thank you for responding so quickly. To update VC, which I already did, requires that I deactivate it, and delete it, while replacing it with the new version. So, I already did what you recommend, unless I am missing something else?
