Hi,

After updating WC (2.6.7) and Aurum (2.9.5) to their newest versions our theme has a problem with mini cart. Specifically on single products page (on category/archive page it works perfectly). If we add product to cart from product page the mini cart will stay on loading and the icon doesn’t show that any products are inside (also can’t access cart, because clicking on cart icon opens mini cart, which will stay on loading – added screenshot https://goo.gl/jbUHvf) When we go to home or any other page, then we can see the item was actually put in cart and we are able view the mini cart and access cart from there. From Theme options the Show mini cart items count with AJAX is selected, if we disable it, then it works cause the single product page gets reloaded after adding product to cart. But then we have problems with our caching plugin. We would need the Ajax to be enabled (ajax won’t be cached). Unfortunately our support for Aurum has expired. We would not mind renewing our support if this is what it takes to solve the problem. However before doing so, we’d like a little more information. Have you had experiences with the same/similar error. How likely is this problem related with something outside the theme? Is it a bug that will be fixed in coming updates.

Our development site address is http://nordelectronics.ee which is identical to our production site (https://nel.ee). In prod. site we have temporarily disabled the Show mini cart items count with AJAX so the customers could make purchases.

The shipping calculation on our checkout page is working for signed in customers, but guests are not receiving any calculated shipping at all. The AJAX call seems to be working for signed in customers (loading image displays), but there is no attempt or AJAX call for guests.

Is this a known issue?

Thanks for the reply Art. Issue turned out to be a conflicting “Minify” plug-in. Broke the Javascript in the cart. All sorted now.

hi, I update to latest theme and latest wordpress, now I cannot save any theme options. what to do?

This can happen if your server doesn’t have recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

max_execution_time 180
memory_limit 128M
post_max_size 64M
upload_max_filesize 64M
max_input_time 60

I have some issues regarding my shop side widgets. When a page does not have enough products, the shop side widgets overlap our customized footer (see: http://www.vinoos.nl/product-categorie/vinoos-port/​). Is there a way to not let them overlap the footer? Kind regards,

As I could see, there is a height of 300px set to the column of the sidebar, to fix it paste the following CSS in your Custom CSS or if you can find where you set the height of sidebar to 300px just remove it.

Hi, my clients support has expired, however the “add_action(‘woocommerce_review_order_before_payment’, ‘laborator_woocommerce_review_order_before_payment’);​” is called every time I change the delivery options which results in multiple “Payment options” title displayed above payment options in WooCommerce Checkout page. Could you please have a look? I think it’s a bug not a support question.

1) About 3-4 or so updates ago I started get constant 404 pages just moving around the back end, editing products, moving to options anything really generates a 404 pages. I have to refresh several times to get to the page to show. Very annoying as it just gets worse.

2) When is the woocommerce update going to be ready?

3) You never have addressed why prices are transposed $44.99-$17.99 instead of showing as $17.99-$44.99.

there is an error on line 259 in /aurum/inc/laborator_functions.php

it is $secondary_subset = .... when it should be $secondary_font = ...

because in the way it is currently written we cannot apply google font subset to the secondary font
