Is there any way to have the bottom of the left column not overlap the menu area?
For now my workaround has been to have only 1 top menu item and everything else a submenu item.

You can make contact info always closed under Theme Options / Main Sidebar Settings with “Show Sidebar Panel as Closed” option.
I’d prefer an option to keep it open and simply not allow parts of the pages to ever overlap each other.
In that case you will have to upload smaller logo, maybe cut on items in menu and on contact info as well. For example group Mon and Tue into one line as you did for Fri & Sat. I mean there is only so much content you can display in the sidebar to make it look good, it has its limits.
The last option will be to change the code for the sidebar and add a vertical scrollbar, which will allow you to have as much content as you want there, but that’s not a trivial matter and you will have to hire a coder for that. This will basically deny whole idea behind this design, but is is an option.

Just updated the beauty theme everything went ok but after installation the homepage doesn’t work anymore.I followed the instructions how to update. its now just a white empty page. can you help me fixing that? any idea what to do to get my original homepage back? try to enable the debug mode. It should give you the exact error. Then send me that error and I may tell you what is wrong.
Ad support renewal: well, officially you should, but I’ve never denied support to anyone who had expired support, so it is not like I won’t help you if you won’t renew it. Of course, this may change in the future as providing lifetime support for one time fee is obviously unsustainable.

you already have VC installed, ignore the notification about activating the license. It is just an ad from author of Visual Composer. You don’t have to activate your license to use it with the theme. Just go to Pages, edit/create a page, click on Backend Editor and there it is.

unfortunately, this won’t work for shop pages.
If you want to customize those, you will need to edit woocommerce.php file in theme’s root. Just remove all code block with “page-header” ID and “container” class and you wild basically get full-width without title layout (it may need some additional customization).

Hello, I have an issue with site icons (mail, phone, location etc). They show as squares. This is a very old problem; i’ve noticed it a couple of months after finishing the site, but I thought it was due to bad browser cache so I let it be, since the contract was over. I am having two MAJOR ISSUES with the theme. I am running the updated theme and child theme. 2.3
Problem 1: I get an error saying that an error occurred when trying to save changes to theme settings changes.
Problem 2: The appointment form does nothing when you click submit and I cannot figure out why.

I don’t have live text on my slides so is any way to adjust those slides to 100% so it doesn’t look cropped on smartphones?

the background image is, well, the background image. It is not possible to maintain its aspect ratio on various resolutions. That’s just not how it works. The point is that slide’s image shouldn’t contain any information, it should be just decorative. Any texts should be inserted as a standard text into slide content.
This is a different approach compared to some popular Slider plugins which do scale slides based on the screen resolutions BUT for the price that the text in those slides is barely readable on small screens.
So the solution is to either try different images, which will look good even cropped on smaller screens, or use some 3rd party slider.

I hope you can help. My slides do not readjust to small screens (ipads or smartphones). Everything is responsive but the slides are cropped making difficult to distinguish its all content and defeating the purpose of having a slider on small devices. Is any way of at least making the slider not responsive at all? Thank you for your advise. I never asked questions before and I just came about this problem when my customers pointed out. I bought the theme two weeks ago, and it is absolutly stunning, I love it. However I just can not find where to set the contact details in the main side bar. I found only Contact Info 1 Icons in the main Side bar settings, and in the header.php found the following code: <?php if ( lsvr_get_field( ‘header_contact_1_text’ ) !== ’’ ) : ?> Please could you help me, where can I set up the contact details, the header_contact_1_text value?

Are you sure you are accessing it via Theme Options and NOT via Customizer? If yes, then please share a screenshot of the form (you can use https://postimg.org to upload the image and then just post URL here).

Error inside image shortcode for lsvr-toolkit
I was trying to insert an image with a lightbox zoom, using the shortocde [lsvr_image].
But the shortcode doen’t work as expected: loocking at the code when parsing the image
$image_url_full = ’’; $image = $args[‘image’];
if ( (int) $image > 0 ) {the $image var should be the id of the image , but is the url of the image selected in the shortcode generator through the upload input.
How can I solve this?

you are right, there is a small bug. You can fix it like this:
Open wp-content/plugins/lsvr-toolkit-beautyspot/library/js/shortcode-generator.js file, go to line 266 and change it to this:

Hello, is there any posibility for the blog comments…the people has to sing in with name and email addy…is it posible to add also the tel nr? We haven all the time people they add an comment and want more informations about our service but if we write back to the email addy …sometimes is wrong or somtimes they dont answer or whatever. comments form is generated by WordPress itself, theme doesn’t affect what fields are available. If you need to customize it, you should either search for some 3rd party plugin which will allow you to do that or hire a freelancer who will code such functionality for you.
