What’s the estimated release date? I’m sure it will be great. That said, my biggest frustration has been that between Pillar and Foundry, you have an incredibly versatile template. But taken individually, each one is incomplete. I feel like creating and continually adding to a massive template versus creating several big ones would be ideal.
Estimated release date is some time early 2017. Possibly in January. We are looking to head that way with our new template, but as we go along, we find that our overall design and construction quality improves – which makes a good case for revisiting the basics, which is impossible to do with a complete template that has an established user-base. The new design is based on the same base code as Pillar, so the same modular CSS and scripts structure will be employed. We’ve made tweaks to markup in a few areas, notably navigation, which allows for vastly improved flexibility and modularity.

We are experiencing a strange problem with styled maps. We had several pages with working styled maps present that have now stopped working…without any changes to the Google API Key or styling code or anything for that matter. I have attempted to re-enter several different google API keys in an attempt to re-populate the map however it still displays the default background image claiming no api key has been added. I am unsure as to what the problem is seeing we have not changed anything on these pages recently.

Yes this is achieved by adding the class ‘one-open’ to the accordion element. This will make sure only one accordion pane is open at any time.

Hi, Really love Foundry…great work! Was wondering why the modal strip isn’t responsive? If you take a look at the demo on your phone the close “x” gets pushed to the lower left hand side and the content looks really poor. Hoping this can be fixed in a future update?

Hi, I’ve just started using Foundry and using Fullscreen Slider the photo is a bit darker than the same I show with a Standard Slider. Is that normal ? Is it possible to give more light ? Thank you and compliments for the great job !

You can do this by adjusting opacity of the .overlay:before element in custom.css like so:
.overlay:before{ opacity: .1; } for a lighter overlay

Variant source code is always provided minified.

The blog provided in the template package is for design purposes, and is intended to be used for adapting to your own blogging system. No logic is provided to generate the blog pages. They are static only. To make them dynamic, you would need to integrate the design with your own blogging backend.

I’ve changed the data-widget-id to data-feed-name for the Twitter profile @scraperbeast which has one Tweet. When nothing appeared, I updated all files EXCEPT index.html to the latest versions. Still, nothing appears in the widget.
