I tried to submit a ticket but your system won’t connect to my Envato account. Why do you guys make it so hard to get support?
I imported demo content, I did all the steps and it said “Congratulations! Import successful!” (something like that), but none of the pages and posts and photos were imported. Tried several times to no avail. Someone please reach out to me. Don’t tell me to “submit a ticket” because your support system won’t even let me log in.

I’m sorry that you are facing issues with submitting a ticket. Probably Envato face technical issues and this is temporary. You can try to submit it later.
Such issues always caused by server settings. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to check these settings:
max_execution_time 600
max_file_uploads 100
memory_limit 128M
upload_max_filesize 64M
post_max_size 64M
max_input_time 60
What I don’t understand is why these are not indicated in your sales pages. It’s quite deceiving when you make it look like setting this theme up is as easy as one click. Configuring server settings is a bit too advanced considering your product and your sales copy are designed for people who work in charities and churches.
Btw, I tried to change these in php.ini and still not able to import the demo. I also tried to sign up on your ticketing system but Envato still won’t let me log in.

It’s sad how you make it look so easy to install the demo with just one click in your marketing copy and then people who bought end up having to tinker on more technical aspects like htaccess and php.ini just to install the demo. To think these are church staff workers you market your product to.
A warning to everyone planning to buy this thing. It’s not as easy to install and to setup as they claim it is. I ended up not using this theme after buying it. Hope you guys have a better experience than I did.

The most issues with dummy data installation are related to server settings only. In the ticket I mentioned what settings should be updated on your server and you didn’t reply back. Also info about server settings stated in our theme documentation.
If you are still having issues with dummy data installation you can reply to your existing ticket or create new one.

A 500 error has occured
500 errors are generally caused by one of the following two problems.
1) A bad entry in the site .htaccess file, if you are the webmaster try logging into your cPanel, and use the file manager to rename your .htaccess file if this fixes the error you should then check the contents of the .htaccess file / roll back any recent changes.
2) A php error / code error also causes a 500 error, you can try enabling ‘PHP display_errors’ by following this guide Enable Display errors
If after trying both of the above solutions and you are still seeing the 500 error please do contact support

You can easily change color in Theme Options > Fonts & Colors section.
On the bottom of the top SLIDER there is an EVENT….where do I go to either DELETE/EDIT it??.....I can’t find it and there is NO DOCUMENTATION with the theme!

Most colours can be changed in the admin panel. If you want to change menu layout or buttons style you will need to edit css files.

I recently purchased this theme and used the tribe event calendar plug in included. This was all working fine until suddenly my events disappear but I could still click on the date to go to them. You can see from my link http://www.whateveryoucando.co.uk/church/diary that there is indication of an event there but the event info isn’t showing up (28th august.)
