Hello, I bought the theme and set up my website but I can’t sign up on your support website, I tried to make an account multiple times. It tells me my email and username are in use but I never got any emails, when I try to retrieve my password by ‘lost password’ It tells me the website send me an email but I also never get it.
I found out that I used a different mail for signing up there compared to the mail I used to create my account here. Might that be the problem?

Generally, there is a theme upgrade step, but unfortunately it cannot guarantee a full and correct migration since newer version offers many improvements and changes. What you could easily do is to make a clone of your actual website and try to apply the update there.

Hi I bought this theme and I am trying to register in your support forum but no lick
I used the stylish skin but I want to modify two things but I didn’t manage to do it:
1. Keep the buttons visible always.
2. Change the price and make it simple for example show the price like this 2.50 without making the two digits after the decimal smaller and higher.

Hi i installed opencart 2.3.0.2 the theme did not function good,. after that we desided to reinstall evreything and same problem appears errors appear on admin site at some locations, thats not a big issue but now we cannot login after removing 2/3 categories… i would like to have a refund on this one this template sucks. is not like promised and is full off isues!

Pavilion is on the market for 2 years and we’ve never been reported the problem you describe. Most likely the issue is not theme related.
Unfortunately, we cannot do anything more, since you refuse to let us help you and do not follow the support guidelines.
