This here http://d.pr/i/DGgH ... means you do not have Fusion Builder plugin installed and active. Avada v5+ has a new Fusion Builder that is a separate plugin, it must be installed and active
Or it means you either did not undergo conversion, for which you should go to Avada > System Status and click this button highlighted in red: http://d.pr/i/1hbNJ

Tabs + Blog Grid Layout
Hi Guys, lovely theme, just one hiccup, when you have the Blog (GRID LAYOUT) in a tab, thing go wonky. All the other blog layouts work just fine in a tab only the GRID LAYOUT (the one I need to work) is not working properly. PLEASE CAN YOU ASSIST?!Hello!
Yes tabs are dynamic, as a blog grid which uses isotope. Typically speaking it is not recommended to add things like that in a tab, although it should work.

I’m using the latest version of Avada, since upgrading it seems to be adding empty p tags after: on my pages or new created ones.

after the post-content container, means that there is a small gap at the top of the page, if we have a hero image at the top there is now an ugly gap.Is this a common problem?

I’d like to buy your product, but I have a question about moving the license.
I am rebuilding a WordPress website for a client, a non-profit, photography.org.
The site currently is hosted at BlueHost. and we want to move it to a different provider: DreamHost (DH).
And, at the same time, we want to change the whole theme to Avada and add WooCommerce to the new DH site. However, we also need to have the Old site “on -the-air” until we are ready to change the DNS pointers to the new one.
So: I’m installing a brand-new version of the site, at a hidden URL: www.aperturef8.com/newsite/. There we will add in the WooCommerce and the new theme, and be able to test if it is all working right.
Once we see that it’s working, we will migrate the site to the new photography.org, at DreamHost. Then we will destroy the testing-only site at www.aperturef8.com/newsite/, and change the DNS from BlueHost to pointing at DreamHost.
As you can see, we will only EVER be using one copy of your theme. Once during testing, and then, when the site is moved, and testing is destroyed.
Sorry for the long explanation, but we don’t want to have our license for your software invalidated when the testing URL changes to the final URL; when www.aperturef8.com/newsite/ becomes photography.org.
We don’t want to buy one copy just to test, and then throw away and have to buy another license.
Does that make sense? Can you help us, and make what ever arrangements are needed so this will work? We don’t want you to think that there are two copies of your software with only one purchase. There will ONLY be ONE copy!
Please let us know, as everything is on hold until you reply.

I have Avada 5.0.3. I sent a ticket, but I still haven´t get any reply. I´m having HUGE problems creationg a fusion slider, it doesn´t work. I was only able to do it twice, now, I can´t add an image, I can change the link, and I can´t change the image, could someone fix this please?

There is a problem with Woo Carousel when you put more than 1 category. Products won’t display and you get an error on the front end. Check it because I’ve updated and we have a serious problem with that. Thanks.

We already have an option in our theme to set the search in header and you can set this from Theme Options > Header > Header Content Section.
That will take some custom work actually as its not possible out of the box.
Creating a sub page is definitely doable with our theme.

Those are actually different demos and each of the demo uses its own theme options, you can have different content for each page but when it comes to general styling such as header you have to use the same header across all sites, same goes for footer and other general theme options. However many of the changes can be made individually for each page as well using our Fusion Options and individual Shortcode styling.

I’ve read here that you guys may look at adding support for AMP pages in version 5.1. Any idea when that will be launched? My other question is, if I purchase and install 5.0 now and make my site, how would i be able to integrate the AMP changes from the 5.1 launch? Would i just need to be sure I set my site up as a child theme or will there me some sort of update to 5.0 allowing for AMP pages? I just don’t want to do all this work now and then lose my changes later.

Our initial tests with this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/amp/ went fine and we did not come across any problems, just make sure to set it up properly. And we plan on doing in-depth testing in our next major release and will be promoting it at that point.
You should be able to update just fine without any issues, we are certainly not going to make any change that creates issues with theme update process or any other customer using older version.

Hi Theme Fusion, I just wanted to let you know there seems to be a small bug with the /Avada/ folder name being capitalized on WordPress 4.6x. I realize the folder name has been capitalized forever. However on a recent upgrade from 5.0 to 5.03 the upgrade was failing on our WPEngine host. So we thought we would delete the builder & core plugins then delete Avada 5.0 and upload via SFTP. However, when we tried to delete Avada from the WP theme page we get this error: Deletion failed: The requested theme does not exist. So doing a quick search we found that other themes had the same problem where the theme folder started with a capital letter. So we changed /Avada/ to /avada/ via SFTP, then went back into WordPress and was able to delete the 5.0 Avada theme fine. Then we uploaded the new Avada zip, activated & installed the new fusion core & builder plugins.
Anyway I thought you should know.

Yes, we are aware of this and our developers will be soon working to fix this, it is due to some other changes its been on hold, right now you can delete the theme via FTP however.

Please make sure you are running shortcode reversion process from 5.x to 4.x version from Avada > System Status Tab before downgrading the version of theme.

Hello, I have just download a new version of Avada and what to use Slide Revolution. All is set, but the slider is black. I see arrows, but no content. Do you know what it could be?

Please make sure none of your 3rd party plugin is causing this issue with the Revolution slider and also you are on latest version of slider plugin as well, if you have a cache plugin installed do clear your site as well as browser cache or check from an incognito window in chrome, however if the issue persist please do open a new ticket and our support reps. will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hello. Pre-purchase question here. I am wondering if your theme is suited for my needs. Let me explain what I am looking to do, and please let me know if this is something that would work with your theme. I have a company that is dedicated to wine education and consulting. We have wine experts around the world that are part of our team. Each individual expert will be uploading their own courses, one-off guided tastings, tasting events etc. Think of it as being the udemy or etsy of wine education and tasting events. I know that I will need to use events calendar pro and their other plug-in: events tickets plus. I also know that I will need to use woocommerce pro and their other plug-in: product vendors. I am also looking for a hero-style home page with header. Do you think this is something that can easily be accomplished with your site?

Originally I had planned on using an LMS based theme. However, I think an LMS based theme might be more than I need, as the courses could always be just listed as recurring events in events calendar pro. Having said that, maybe a few years down the road we might have a greater need for an LMS system on our site. Do you think woocommerce’s Sensei plugin could be compatible with your theme?
