I’m wanting to use a product category banner on a page, but I can’t seem to get it to show a few particular categories. The UX builder shows a list of all categories, and it inserts all of them into it automatically, but the tool won’t let me quickly remove all and just assign the ones I want. If I edit the code outside of the UX Builder, that doesn’t work either. It only loads all product categories and that’s worthless to me. Is there a way to simply and quickly set up a product category banner grid so it shows only the categories I want?

Hi, pre-sales question: 1) Is it possible and easy to have the blog categories page display the blog posts of that category as a grid/masonry? 2) Is it possible to easily remove the date from the featured images in those grids ( https://i.imgur.com/mJHgM5l.png )?

Hi. The last version of your theme has a bug in the shopping cart.
I add a product that has a discount. The dropdown cart subtotal doesn’t reflect that discount when I’m on the homepage. Everywhere else the subtotal is well calculated, including any discounts applied. Do you have a fix for this problem?

Hi Paulo, we use default WooCommerce functionality for this, so this is not controlled by Flatsome but WooCommerce.
Have you tried update WooCommerce + Flatsome to latest versions?
Hi again. After my post, I’ve been investigating this bug and I’ve found out that it is caused by WPMLs woocomerce multilingual CMS plugin. It has a bug that makes the discount not being calculated on the homepage. Sorry for the trouble. Best regards, Paulo.

Hello. I have pre-sales question: I’ve found this theme being used by one of my friends and I wanna have the same theme on my store. But my friend doesn’t want to show me his admin area (and he is not my friend from now, huh). Can you provide me themes’ admin area demo so I can check what options are available for editing so I can figure out if this theme fits my requirements? Wanna buy this ASAP. Thanks!

I reverted back to 2.9.6 wow that’s a tough update.
Hi there, I’m sorry that your update did not went as good as you hoped. There could be some reason it’s happening:
Are you overriding many files in a child theme? This probably needs to be removed or updated.
Have you done custom CSS changes? We have changed some of the css classes, so some of your custom styles might not work.
Have you updated all cache? You site could use old css mixed with the new theme. You need to reset all cache to fix this.
Flatsome 2.x was three years old and it was time for a new start to make it ready for the future. You can always continue to use V2, we’re going to support it for the next WooCommerce versions.

Pre-purchse question, is your site able to be like ebay/Lazda website where it allow vendor/partner/supplier to post product to the website and get verified by admin before the product is publish?

Any advice? Cant upload it directly from wordpress themes option as well..

Love this theme bought many but this is the one! Got a little problem with the ux builder. In the beginning it was fine, but now it’s loading. The memorylimit is 256 mb and deactivaded all plugin but the problem is still there!

How do I change the light blue color of the icons and links in the header?

You can change that in Theme Options > Header > Header Main
