I have purchased your theme & we are setting it up & customizing
In the visual composer settings, In the product license tab, We are getting a button to activate visual composer , upon clicking the button there is a message that says
’’It seems that you do not have any valid license for Visual Composer. What does it mean? It may be so that you got Visual Composer by purchasing WordPress theme which does not grant you with direct license for Visual Composer.’‘
Do we need to purchase Visual Composer? Is this an anomaly?
One other question (Sorry, i know its nearly Christmas), i think i read when i was deciding to purchase the theme that it is multi lingual compatible, is that correct?

Included in the theme is an Extended Version of Visual Composer, so no need to buy a license.

Visual Composer will also be updated with every inVogue Theme update, so there is no need to update Visual Composer either.
Yes you are correct in saying that the site is Multilingual ready. It ships with the WPML installer and all you need to do is buy a license for WPML. Hello, awesome theme!
I’m about to purchase it, however i think there might be a small bug in mobile mode. When i open a product page and tap in the quantity box to change the number it zooms in by default. When I’m done with the number it doesn’t zoom out, i have to manually zoom out to continue browsing or checkout. Tried it with various browsers.

The zooming is actually a native phone function. The phone’s browser does that automatically with all forms, but we have now added some code to prevent that from happening and a new version is live:)

Hi Guys, love your theme. I’ve got a few questions though.
- I want the social icons in the top menu to be visible, not in a menu.

The social icons at this stage can only be in the dropdown, but I have added this to the list of theme updates. (Basically having a switch in the backend to either have the icons always visible, or in the share dropdown)

You’ll be glad to know that we’ve added the functionality for the social icons in the backend and a new version of the theme is now available as an update. You can do a theme update via your WP Dashboard (If the update does not come through imediately, hit the “Check again” button a few times). Once the theme is updated, browse to inVogue Settings / Header / Social Icons.

On the Alkemi settings page under Signup Popup it says, “All signups will be saved in your Signups database, but a copy can be sent to you if you want.”
Where is the setting so a “copy can be sent to you if you want”? I can’t find it.

Sorry for the confusion, that line of copy is a bit clunky and confusing. It should actually say that all signups gets saved to the database and a copy can then be exported via the inVogue Settings Panel.

Yes you can do a demo install and then tweak the layout to suit your needs. Our theme is WPML ready and translatable, so yes you can run multiple languages for your site. The shop uses all the basic WooCommerce settings, so you can set colors, sizes and everything covered by WooCommerce.

First of all, thanks for all the support so far. Got another problem. Please see http://pastebin.com/dqPC8ZQZ – when a user fills in the contact form the email is sent to admin but is also sent to the user filling in the form. How can I disable the sending email to the user? I am only interested in the email being sent to the admin. If you could either tell me what line to modify or give me a pastebin link, I would appreciate it.

I assume that you are talking about the block quote in a single post page? Block quotes will only show the starting quote, as this is a design feature. You could add a smaller closing one if you wanted.
We could also help you by adding a style that will add a closing quote for all block quotes.

I am about to purchase your lovely inVogue theme & have a quick question
Are the urls completely customisable? e.g the url/page http://invogue.heroplugins.com/product/love-shirt/ – could that url be edited to something like http://invogue.heroplugins.com/jumping/love-shirt/ and the blog page http://invogue.heroplugins.com/blog/?masonry=yes – could that url be edited to something like http://invogue.heroplugins.com/jumping/team.. i ask this because i have an old word press theme (not yours) and i could never find how to change the url for pages that contained content created through the events section of the dashboard – so that the url was always reading as …/events/..... (i wanted to change the word events in the url)

Page URL and permalinks would largely be controlled by WordPress or by the specific plugin/post type creating this content rather than the theme. So it would really depend on which specific page URL you needed to change.
In the case of a blog page or custom pages that you made from the ‘Pages’ section, the URL would be the title of the page by default or could be renamed by editing the ‘Permalink’ section below the page title. Although you wouldn’t be able to add in an extra segment i.e. if the URL is www.sitelink.com/blog it couldn’t be changed to www.sitelink.com/section/blog
In the case of content like products or the events section you’ve mentioned this would depend on that plugins specific functionality and if it would allow for the URL change. As an example WooCommerce allows you to customize the URL of product pages on the ‘Settings > Permalinks’ page within WordPress so that a default URL of www.sitelink.com/products/product-name could be set to www.sitelink.com/custom-title/product-name.

Hi, is there any image zoom plugin that you propose and that really works, (i tried some with no luck), because I wish to have product zoom within the product image, in the mouse point area and not a full image pop up, which is the current state.

We’ve not extensively tested other plugins because of the super zoom feature but something like YITH WooCommerce Zoom Magnifier could work.
