How do I edit the background for the twitter scrolling plugin? For some reason it is defaulting to orange. I have changed some of the elements but there are still some line I can’t get rid of. This is what I have tried

Hi – how do you change the post description excerpt on the homepage? Please post reply in comments as I have seen others with the problem. Surely changing the excerpt doesn’t require your admin access to my site??? I can;t post in your support system as I don;t authorise you accessing my Envato account.

Hello! Generally you should edit Excerpt in the Posts->Post tab in the admin panel. Please locate Screen options button in the right to corner and enable “Excerpt” option there. Then scroll down and locate Excerpt field, which you should edit. I am interested in this theme and I have a few questions before I buy it.

1. How fast is the theme? I could not do speed test because the demo is embedded in the envato’s page. Do you have a stand alone demo that is not connected to envato? So I can do a speed test.

2. I also want to do code validation test and would like to see a stand alone demo. Is the theme w3c valid?

I bought this theme a couple of months ago… too bad that some things like logo size etc are still not fixed. Sorry to say but this theme isnt good and still have some bugs. I decided to make my own Theme again which will save me more time than figuring out the bugs/strange things in this theme

Hi, The visual composer does not load when I click on Edit page. It just keep waiting and waiting. I deactivated and deleted. Re-installed and tried did not work. Can you help? I am not happy with the theme honestly.

?i have recently updated the theme to its current version (1.8) and the rev slider has went crazy? its now running of the screen and there is ugly black boxes behind the button icons on the slider??

it also doesn’t allow me to update to 2.0?? i d/l the link to my desktop and its only 1.8

Hi there, really disappointed with this theme. 3 installs and it still doesn’t work correctly. I’ve had the same issue as discosourcedjs in that there are no edit controls for either team members or testimonials rendering these sections useless. I don’t want to raise a support ticket as this theme has already cost me 2 days. Please explain how I go about getting a refund. Thanks

WHERE ON EARTH DO I ADD/EDIT TEAM MEMBERS?

There is no option on the WP dashboard menu and no where else…. do I really need to submit a support request to solve this? Please answer, here it will save the need for future support requests from others with the same problem.

I’ve tried submitting a ticket and frankly you guys are frustrating me because your system is saying the code I am submitting is not for the same product, but it IS. I’ve checked so many times and its correct, its the code I am downloading as a txt file from envato. Arrrrrggggh

hi, the booking plugin that came with the theme now has a vital upgrade but the download still has the old version which conflicts with the new WordPress version and totally breaks the website. Please can you provide the latest version of the plugin in with your theme. Thank you!

Hi, I bought a plumbing theme the 5th of october 2015. Everything was ok, but today when i was trying to add new site, the visual composer doesn’t work.

I was trying to update plugin, but i have a message: „An error occurred while updating WPBakery Visual Composer: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your Visual Composer.”

I bought your theme with visual composer plugin so i don’t know what’s wrong?
