Hello, I am looking a theme for our company and I have some questions. If I buy avada theme Can I change/add everything what my boss wants?, Has it SEO and security programme?, How I will get the support, by email? Can I contact you for supports all the time? How many templates? When I buy theme, Can I use all templates what I want? Are there Visual Composer Plugin?

2. Our theme is definitely SEO friendly, however for some advanced SEO you can use 3rd party free plugins like Yoast SEO or any other that works will with our theme.

HI Last update have bug in rtl for example footer widgets and content-box is ltr after update. please check it.

We have fixed an issue with RTL columns in our latest release 5.0.5. we will suggest you to please update and double check, however there is no bug with the footer widgets acting LTR so far in our end.

Hi. Avada is a wonderful theme but the fushion slider on the homepage is no longer loading. I have tried to upload the latest version of the theme but it will not work? I have followed your guidance but when I try to delete older versions of the theme (from Themes section in Wordpress) an error message denies me the chance to delete stating “Deletion failed: The requested theme does not exist.” I have tried uploading the theme via FTP but still unable to activate the new version of the theme. Search feature can be added to the header-content 3 section but not at the top, however we are continuously listening to our customers and will appreciate if you can please send us a feature request to support@theme-fusion.com

Cart icon should never appear in the mobile menu unless you are adding one via Menus manually, our default one will not appear at all.
However if you are adding a manual one you can use custom CSS to hide it on mobile only using a media query. If you need further assistance.

Hello. I only need a very simple reply, as I am not a web designer at all, just learning by myself… I need to set up a layout like this: http://www.chiarapassion.com with category menus. Or like this: http://www.babyfoode.com with a custom menù with my illustrations/icons. Can I do this with Avada? I’m afraid I’ve purchased the wrong theme and I must fix it…

Of course you can have custom menus as well as categories menu in our theme along with the font awesome icons too, please make sure that you have enabled all the post types and archives from Screen Options
Go to Appearance > Menus and click from there on your required menu items to appear on menus.

Sidebar styling can be changed from Theme Options > Sidebar > Sidebar styling, however the text and headers will be using the same font family you have set from Theme Options > Typography Options.
In order to assign a custom styling to those you will need to use custom CSS with the sidebar div ID.

You can use the default WP gallery. Insert a text bock, then click “add media” and choose to insert a gallery.
Or you can use any of the free gallry plugins out there like NextGen and others.

Were is the Fusion Builder!! The page (or post) editor shows the visual and the html views, but not the fusion builder option. I’m seeing the shortcodes. I’ve updated to 5.0 from 4.0.3 following step by step the updating guide. Database updated, plugins updated and active, Fusion Core 3.0.4… Any idea about how to fix it? THKS A LOT

If you’re seeing shortcodes on the frontend, the shortcodes may not have been converted to the new format correctly. You can manually trigger the shortcode conversion at the top of the System Status page > http://prntscr.com/ct045k
Also, be sure that the Fusion Builder plugin is active.

Hello, Weston. Thank you for your quick response, we really appreciate it. The frontend looks fine, but we can’t see the Fusion Builder view in the backend, when we are editing the page or post. We only see the visual and html view options, and on the text editor we see the shortcodes, not the Fusion Builder design. Fusion Core and Fusion Builder are updated and active, and Fusion Builder is checked on the screen options.

Yeah, that simply means that its disabled for your post types. All you need to do is go to WP Dashboard > Fusion Builder > Settings and make sure its enabled from there.

Hmm no, you are always entitled to updates, even if support has expired.
The theme name “Avada.zip” is still going to be the same, have you unzipped it and isntalled it? Or unzipped and checked the changelog?

That’s strange. ThemeForest always has the latest version of the Avada theme and it’s accessible to anyone who has purchased the theme.
Try completely clearing and Avada.zip files from your downloads folder, then try downloading again. Then unzip the downloaded theme files and check Avada/style.css in a .txt editor and check the theme version > http://prntscr.com/dajbcy
If it’s still not 5.0.5, there may be a problem with the downloads for your account. As that is in ThemeForest’s control, I would recommend creating a support ticket with them so they can see what may be causing this. You can create a ticket with them here > http://bit.ly/1OtfwiR

I find one problem when we select nested columns then we can not change it anomore if we chose example: 1/3+1/3+1/3 then we can not change it any more

It will delete your theme options, so it’s strongly recommended against to import a demo on a live functioning site. Your content will not be deleted, but all the demo content will be added to your site.
If you want to inspire your new site design off a demo, I would recommend installing WordPress + Avada locally, then import the demo there.

Hey, just reporting a possible bug… I have a couple posts that have a featured image, but I toggled the “Disable First Featured Image” to “Yes” because I don’t want it to display in the post itself. The problem is, that whenever I make that change and click “update” and then “view page” from the editor – the toggle automatically changes back to “no” and the image is displayed. Can you please verify if this is a bug or maybe there is something I’m doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

That should never happen at all and i can not replicate this issue on our demo, are you sure its not your device that is causing this issue?
