My responsive scaling isn’t working. The mobile view of the site is just text and no design. Can you provide support for this issue, please?

I have tried to update from 2.9 to 3.0 (this is the third time) but the build editor can’t load. Sometimes it loads sometimes it doesn’t. I have to remain to 2.9 hoping in new updates that may fix the problem. If someone has some suggestion I may try again right now.

I’ve found several comments asking about the possibility to add video as product image in a shop. But i’m still not sure if this function in the meantime has been added to flatsome. Could you please tell me if this a functionality build-in into flatsome, or should I use a plugin to do so?

I have a question concerning php7. We are moving our site to e new server (php7) and we get conflicts with your theme.

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function mysql_escape_string() in /home/xxxxx/domains/xxxxx.nl/public_html/wp-content/themes/flatsome/functions.php:60 Stack trace:

This happens because wp-content/themes/flatsome/functions.php is full of mysql_* functies. which are not supported anymore in PHP 7:

Can you guys help us with this? Is there a fix?

Hi. Is there integration with Woocommerce Wishlist (not YITH Wishlist)?

I saw at the demos that you use YITH Wishlist (and the heart button shows over the product image) but I use the Woocommerce Wishlist (have more functions). It will still appear the wishlist function when the mouse is over the product image at the categories page?

Have you had any glitches with shipping calculations on the cart and checkout pages? Seems the responsive calculator is returning double rates and then when clicking a option it returns to correct rate. Woocommerce told me to contact theme developer.

Is it possible to change the text color of the search results? When you search something the title of the products have a white font so you cannot see it. You can only see the photo of the product but the text fades with the background. Any ideas how to fix this?

I am referring to the centered search box that appears when you click on the magnifying glass.

The Alt text for the woocommerce featured image uses the title tag instead. I wanted to ask please to update this in future versions as it is very bad for SEO. All other images like the category and gallery images show the alt perfectly. This is an important detail but otherwise Flatsome is a great theme!!
