Hi, Sorry I asked here because I can not create tickets on tielabs support. My licenses for support has expired.
But how can I make replies to comments , including author replies, not indent ? because by default when someone replies the comment is nested under and indented to the right. The problem with this is, that on mobile when you look at the comments, the replies that are indented show very few words per line and are not able to be read.

I just purchased this theme, nice but I can’t get social counter to work.
Can you also advise on how to get the top banner to work. I added the adsense responsive code to the slot in theme settings but it doesn’t save it and the load animation keeps going round and round indefinitely.
I managed to get the adsense banner to show but although I used an adsense responsive advert, it’s no responsive/
I think it’s working now, not sure why the advert doesn’t resize when I reduce the browser size.

Hey. I successfully created a child theme. It seems that the child theme loads its own settings from the database and all the modifications I made to the parent theme via the settings not loaded. The question is how I force the child theme to load the theme settings from the parent theme? So when I change something in the parent theme it is reflected both on the parent and on the child.

Just wanted to notify that after the recent update theme stopped showing preset excerpts in Category etc. pages (or at least I think that’s what happened). Instead the theme is showing the first n words of the post (as defined in the excerpt length field of theme settings).
Also when’s that 6.0 coming? It would be cool to disable sidebars on mobile without modifying the code. I already submitted the idea about this. Cheers!

No, sorry it does not. Maybe I should elaborate the problem a little bit.
I have written a manual excerpt to nearly every article on my site. I’ve done this under the Edit Article view of WordPress under the title “Excerpt”. Previously this manually written excerpt was showing on every page of my site, including that URL you linked.
Now, instead of a manually preset excerpt, the theme takes automatically the first 20 words of every article as defined in Theme settings’ General Settings Tab. So, as an example, a manual excerpt of a Cat-related article “This is an article about cats” is not showing but first 20 words of that article follow by ”...” as you saw in that URL you linked.
This happened after I updated the theme so I suspect that the newest theme version has something to do with my problem. Might also be a plugin-related problem, I haven’t figured that out just yet.

After investigating the issue, we discovered that the issue is caused by the Taqyeem plugin, if you don’t use this plugin please disable it till we release a new update for it ASAP

Hi! Thanks for the reply and investigation. I’m using the plugin atm so I can’t disable it but as a temporary fix I found out that a plugin called “Easy Custom Auto Excerpt” brings back manually written excerpts for now.

Hey. I am using the RTL version of the theme and there is an infinite scroll bug in masonry layout of archive pages (didn’t check the English version). Other layouts work fine.
Steps to reproduce: Install the infinite scroll plugin according to the documentation (https://themes.tielabs.com/docs/sahifa/#infinite), set archive layout to masonry, go to archive page (category, tag, doesn’t matter), scroll to the bottom in order to trigger the infinite scroll, you will see that the posts appear on one another and the infinite scroll stops working at all.
Checked with a different plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/yith-infinite-scrolling) – same bug.

I don’t have a website yet because it is in development. Also, nothing to check on my website. Take the most recent version of Sahifa, download the most recent version of the plugin, do not make any code modifications, and you will see this bug. There is a reference on your own blog: https://tielabs.com/knowledgebase/how-to-enable-infinite-scroll/ – on the bottom it says “Note: this plugin only works with “Blog Layout” mode of Sahifa theme, i.e. when the homepage isn’t a custom page built with page builder but a blog layout.”
Please fix ASAP. It is a bug in the theme!
