Can I just have a bit custom code to remove the gap at the very top. I turned off social icons but still got the gap between main container and top browser. I like tight looking sites, dont like empty gaps lol many thanks

Question about the news ticker. I would like to have it display my 5 most recent posts automatically. Is there a way I can do that? It does seem to allow html but not shortcodes.
I checked the support forum but it gives me a “Not Found” error. I tried to access any posts and I get “Not Found” errors on all posts. So I’ve tried other browsers, clearing cache, etc etc but nothing works.
Please help me figure out why I cannot browse the support forum and let me know about the news ticker. My username is zero462usa on the support forum.

Hi, a truly awesome gaming theme that I might buy. However we play MMORPG and Survival games so there are no “matches” between clans, is that function something that I can inactivate myself?

you can disable making clans, but not matches themselves. This way they can’t challenge each other. Does this suit your needs?
Yes and No. I would Love the option to keep the clan option but inactivate matches. I am rymning a 100 player server with lita of clans/tribes 
I bought the theme, one thing though.. the “blog style” displays starts in a weird way, it seems like they are out of their box. It has the same look on your demo, is it supposed to look like that or is it a bug?

i recently bought the theme but i can’t upload the .zip; it loads and says ’’Are you sure you want to do this? with a retry button, click it: nothing happens,
google it, did the following,
placed it ftp as map,
theme showes in the theme options, activate or example it:
-white screen(of death apparantly)
googled it:
-had to remove other plugins and other themes:
nothing changes, still white screen of death??

My Visual Composer will not activate when I try to active it.

Would you be opposed to creating a Tournament function for our theme? If you are not opposed, when would you propose this would be available?
Also, if we install the “demo” version of this theme, we can only edit it with Visual Composer? This is asked because I had installed the demo version and I could not edit anything, so I had to reinstall Wordpress to get regain access to my site, which was exhausting.

The platform should appear on the clans page, by clicking on the platform to be redirected to a page with all clans of the specific platform
When organizing a match, before choosing the maps you should have the option to choose which game modes are to be played on that map!
Ex:
MODE: DOMINATION MAPS SCORE: A, B, C,
TOTAL SCORE MODE: 00 X 00
The lack of these items makes me not want the theme, I have another theme of you, but to this day I can not put comments on pages, I can not get another theme in the hope of receiving what I still want.

you can make “maps” with these modes. For example “Map1 Domination, Map1 Capture the flag, Map2 Domination, Map2 Capture the flag”. These things you listed can be custom coded.

Just an issue that bugs me, in the test version I did a registration, I saw that it has the option to emulate the image of an external URL. Logo and cover, but when sending from a URL the image does not appear. I need to send it to the server, so my logo and cover were uploaded. Why is not the URL image working?
I saw that you have a theme version with the name: Arcane I did not find information about the platform that the theme was developed! Is it for wordpress? Why can not I find it in Themeforest?
I saw that he has a few different Blackfyre options, like the option of creating tournaments! And it looks more beautiful in some places.

Arcane is our latest theme, but it is not available on themeforest for now. Until it gets approved, you can get it from our website. Once approved, it will be available on themeforest only.

I purchased Arcane theme and I did not get code from Themeforest (I bought from your website), so I can not login there for support. I wrote email and via contact form but still no answer after more than 5 days.
However, theme is good. Only drawback is tons of .css and .js and cart is missing from some pages (it should be always available on all pages when woocommerce is installed, even when user is not logged, like on other themes). Also, there are some huge .css and .js that is not used on the front page but it’s still loaded.

Hello, I have confirmed with Envato support that I am set up to receive notifications and have confirmed with ISP nothing is being blocked. Hello, I experience horrible loading times to the level I am thinking of removing the theme. I use W3 plugin and speed booster but whenever I run testing of loading speeds theme takes more than 10 seconds

W3 or any other cache plugins are not recommended for themes with a lot of interactions. They can cause problems because you can for example challenge someone, and your challenge gets stuck in cache. Loading times are also influenced by content on pages, amount of plugins used, server configuration. Try using PHP7 it will give a boost to your server.
So I have had this theme for a long time and even with the updates Post Grids still dont work… People say due to Caching Issue how do we fix this?
