I require urgent help. The screen is above. The event session timing is working properly! I need it fixed.

The theme is not very good, The slider is buggy. The ticketing system is not what I needed. I attempted to get a refund the same day I bought it because it didn’t work for me. But because they are not setup with license codes, they have no way to protect their digital content. They refused my refund request and I will no longer buy from them.

I’m sorry for the problem.

1.) About the slider, not sure what exactly the problem it is? We’re happy to check for you. If you’re mentioning to the slider’s purchase code. Then, the purchase code for slider is not necessary. It’s used for auto updater. However, the slider that’s included in this theme is being used as ‘Extended license’, it’s considered as a bonus file which doesn’t support auto updater. If you need to use auto updater, you have to purchase slider’s regular license separately. But as I said, It’s not necessary, you can still use slider that come with the theme like its’ regular license and we still keep pushing slider’s update in future theme’s version as well.

2.) About the ticket system, this is how it is and as shown in the demo. We don’t have a complicated ticket system in this theme.

3.) About the digital content protection, we don’t have it in this theme we’ve never said anywhere that we have it :( You have to use third party plugin for this purpose. You may try this one perhaps : https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-digital-downloads/

A refund is all I need. Because you don’t license control your theme I have a folder of files I do not need and definitely do not want. Otherwise I could have gotten a refund and you could have just cancelled the license.

one year before i purchased king power theme. one week before i purchased Keynote theme. when i try to submit ticket it shows your support was expired. please give a solution for it….

I just moved my site using this theme on to a multisite installation and the featured image for speakers do not connect and if you edit an existing speaker it removed the featured image. Is there a fix for this?

I submitted a ticket through your website, and now I can’t login with my envato credentials anymore. My problem is this: I want to use this theme for a multisite multilanguage site, but the theme only works on the english version of the multisite. The css does not load for the other language. I think this is a problem with the theme, as I have other themes that work fine in both languages. Could you advise as to how I could resolve this please?

Tried the last two suggestions and did not work. Artefactooto’s solution – didn’t work (still getting 404), while googlayers_support, when I replaced the file, my site went down.

The subscribe newsletter form does not work on my site. I tried on your demo and it doesn’t work either. need help with it. It takes you to the 404 page and doesnt register the email in the database. I cheked it on the backend.

I create a blog page with the shortcode [newsletter] and it works… how ever the styles changed and i need it on my homepage as the demo.

I found the solution by myself… I assume there is an error because the plugin uploaded and change the code… You just need to change on the gdlr-page-item.php file at line 1126 aprox…

Right now, this theme is pretty stable. But we also still provide update to make sure that it works with current WP version. However, if you find any bugs, please feel free to let us know. We’re willing to help fix it :)

Also, we’re still providing support. In the long term, we are going to put a big update to this theme. It’s in the plan but should be in next year.

Hi… im having troubles with the payment… I set the paypal sandbox and it works correctlty with sandbox users (facilitator and buyer) how ever when i change it to regular payment in the backend and fill the proper email of the paypal account on on the backend too. and go to the site to try a real payment with a friend paypal account the paypal page show an error no matters how much I set the tickets “Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time Please return to the merchant.” need help ASAP.

Hi, we have problem … would be happy if someone could help. When we add MailChimp API it says that API key is incorrect (but it is correct as yesterday evening everything worked, but today in the morning not anymore). Any ideas what could be wrong? Thank you.

Hi… I just intall the theme, it is working fine, however the newsletter plugin didnt install and i have tried several times and it says: Something went wrong with the plugin API.

Currently the newsletter plugin has problem with WordPress.org which they’re fixing. So in this case, you have to download the plugin directly from their site and install plugin manually. http://cdn.thenewsletterplugin.com/newsletter-4.6.1.zip

Hi, presale question. I got two plans for the event. one is a simple pass and the other one is 3 passes for 3 different people. Can I add in the form on the “3 passes” plan, fields for the user register the 3 diferents names: Example: Name 1 – Name 2 – Name 3

Well, the form fields are fixed by the code so in this case, you have to edit the code manually. However, all tickets plan will still use the same form throughout the site.(Means that all plan will have name 1, 2, 3 fields.)

Or you may create a contact form 7 for each page then put page url into each button manually. http://take.ms/K3RvP so when customers click on the button, they will be directed to the page with the proper form. However, with this method, Paypal won’t work. You only have to email booking.

Hello, I just bought the theme. I don’t know how to add the Countdown timer. How exactly do I add the Timer? Because I have checked Content/Post Type Item, Media Item and the list of Shortcodes, but I still do not know how to add the Countdown Timer to the home page.
