Hi there, I purchased the Jobify Theme few months ago. Since the first upload I had issues uploading the Theme meaning most of the times the system was crashed. The last couple weeks I tried again many times to upload unsuccessfully. I always receive the following message: “This site can’t be reached The web page at http://evzyn.com.au/wp-admin/update.php?action=upload-theme might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED”. Can you please advise what are the necessary actions to take in order to upload theme, updates, plugins. The Item ID is: 5247604. Note that I have spoken to my hosting – domain provider and they insist that is something wrong with the code of the Theme. I will really appreciate your help. Thanks

I want the menu to appear as in normal desktop on devices with 10.1” and above screen size instead of the menu to appear as that of mobile devices. CSS code will be appreciated.

2) I have a few things that I need changed (I’m not using this for a job board, but very similar). If I pay for customization, is that something you guys can do?

Question: 1) Does Visual Composer work with this theme?
Answer:The Jobify theme only has minimal support for the Visual Composer plugin. Despite this, we do not recommend using any page builders with the theme.
The Jobify theme has been built to use widgets to build pages, for example, the home page and job posting pages are controlled by custom widget areas and design elements can be arranged in any way you wish. This replaces the need for page builder plugins.
Question: 2) I have a few things that I need changed (I’m not using this for a job board, but very similar). If I pay for customization, is that something you guys can do?
Answer:We don’t offer custom work right now or provide consulting on how to customize your theme. However, we are partnered with and highly recommend WP Curve, Envato Studio or Codeable if you need help customizing your website.

Answer: There should be no issue. A Job Posting does not take up that much space, and only if a user submits a file that is really large will there be an issue.

1. I registered on the website as an employer and there is nothing like job dashboard. How an employer will see his applicants and his posted jobs while is logged in? An employer needs to manage his database and jobs.
2. How a candidate will see on his account his CV and personal data after register. I mean candidate dashboard.

Also, I want to reset the wordpress with reset plugin and I want to know if after that would be a problem with theme if I reinstall it, I mean license. Here’s a total mess because I checked a lot of themes and plugins and your theme isn’t like your demo. 
And regarding WPJM core bundle plugins, before reset, I have to deactivate the license to have the opportunity to install again or I can install again directly(I have to mention that the core bundle is for 1 site) like your theme.

Answer: You will need to create a Job Dashboard Page if you do not have one created.

Answer: You can use Resume Manager plugin and create a Resume Dashboard Page.
Regarding resetting our theme, there is no problem with our license. You will be able to do so. Regarding the WPJM core bundle plugins that would be a question that can be answered better by the WP Job Manager Team.

I noticed after going through the theme that there is no optin/email sign up section on jobify. Is this something which will change?
Ideally would be great to have a full width email signup

Although our demos do not have the actual Registration form available, it does use the WooCommerce Social Login plugin to allow users to login/register.
The default Registration form can be shown beside the login form by enabling it through the settings. See here:
An alternative is creating another form using the WooCommerce Simple Registration

No unfortunately, Jobify does not support the plugin. I also believe the plugin might conflict with the theme when it comes to displaying the Map Results.

Is it possible to Apply Now with my current online resume? instead of filling up every time i wish to apply for a job?

Out of the box you can change your application form to allow users to upload their resume by adding an upload field. This can be done when you simply edit your form through the back-end.
Another option is when using the Application Add-on and the Resume Manager plugin, a logged in user’s resumes will be selectable on the application form. A link to the online resume will be also sent along with the application.

The featured feature is only available for Jobs and not for Companies. You can create a Comapnies Helped section like our demo or a Company Index page for your companies.

Answer: We only have the regular license, which will allow users to post jobs as is. If you wish to charge users to submit jobs you simply need the WC Paid Listings plugin which will allow you to Create a Listing Package

Answer:You can import listing using the WP All Import plugin! You can follow these instructions and begin importing in no time! How to Import Listings Using WP All Import

Answer: Unfortunately, there is no setting to add additional filters or add additional dropdowns.

To have a page sidebar I chose the ‘sidebar’ from jobs>Widget Area Location. Then I have saved it, But the changes are not applied. Still show the ‘top’ widget are location in job page after I have done the change.
What is the reason for that?

Hello, could you make the location field of Jobify autocomplete/autosuggest, like on your Listify theme? I mean, when you start typing a location, it suggests locations from the words that you have typed in the field.
