As been explained earlier, by default accordion tab fields and Excerpt detail are “Text Fields” by default. You can’t insert any html inside them.
As per your request , we had already noted the point for future enhancement of theme where text fields are changed to other so that you can add your own html and style. If you need it now, you can hire freelancer/developer to do that additional customization or you as Support does not include any services that modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style and functionality advertised on the item page.

Hello, I noticed some no-sense functionalities with shortcodes, maybe in the future, you can add these two simple, but very helpful, things. It’s all about related tours and destinations.
Tour shortcode. There is no way I can pick the related tours for each destination. If I am writing about Namibia, it shows all last tours published that can be anywhere in the world. I would have expected to be able to choose the destination related tours (by category, in this case would be Africa), I can’t use this shortcode the way it is right now, I don’t want to take away readers from an African country suggesting another one somewhere else). Would be great to have related tours (by category or destination.
Destination shortcode In destination page, I can choose the option “popular” that is great. But when selecting the shortcode destination there is no way I can pick popular (I’d like to select best countries per season in homepage). It Just shows the last destinations published, included the “not popular”. Moreover, I can’t sort the destinations with any filter (I’d like to sort them per continent, choosing by category would help a lot).
Any way I can sort these issues out? Or you might add these functionalities?
It’s a pity because with these two fields it would be a great template, but the way it is now I prefer not to publish destination and tours shortcodes doing, instead, boxes manually.
Hi @ giulia80 , Thanks for your suggestions. Related tours will show in regards to their tours but not with the destinations. Requirements may differ from client to client and themes are built on default logics. You can customize to get what you wish to achieve.
Following suggestions will be considered if we receive sufficient requests for the same feature in future.

Hi, I am not asking you to do things for me. All I am asking is to give me things that you displayed on sales item. When you sold me the item, the review section was their in display. why it is not there now it is not my fault. your reply is like any fraud sales company would say, promising one thing before sales and not delivering it after sales. You have the worst support service anyway,there was many issues and all i hear from your support was to do things from my end. Dont put your mistakes on my head. It’s not fair.

The WORST template I ever bought!!!
Everything in this template is a one big bug. - searching – not working - translate – not complete - currency symbol – only in front of number - admin panel – very poor and not stable - no update to wp 4,7 - filtering not working properly - tour page – work very slowly and “days” function on top of page is not responsible - have to write old and new price but what if i have only one price ? - etc etc etc.
Documentation is sth like print screen of admin panel
Nice design and this is the only one good thing in this template
How Envato could approve something like this ?

Hi @galingpa , It seems you have missing some important html tags and not adding valid css as you adding icon along with it. Add tags and css accordingly it will work fine as simple list is working perfectly.

Hello, Pls help with this difficulty i have been having: 1. use your theme with WP ERP plug in to manage CRM & Accounting purpose. 2. when admin logs in he can do all the tasks but when CRM user logs in they are redirected to home page and not possible for them to even go to dash board or edit my profile page. 3. All plug ins disabled, and no content or data kept. 4. If i activate other theme like 2017 then user can easily log in and it directs to edit my profile page / can access dash board. 5. If i activate your theme, it immediately puts user on home page and not allow access to anywhere. PLS help ASAP. Thanks

- The tour & distination search is working fine I guess. The site search using the one on the left of the main navigation menu does not search pages. It only searches blog posts. for better understanding I am providing google drive link to a screenshot of what I mean. I searched using the words and phrases contained in the page, but the result says “No Article Is Available Here Try Again?”. I want this search to display results from the pages as well.
My other question today is:
- I want to hide the “Sort By” row on tour Grid and Tour Listing Page. I used the custom css (.wp-traveladvisor .cs-list-short { display : none; } but this also hides the “Highlights row” on the tour detail page. Can you let me know the class and id so that I can specifically target to hide only Sort By row? For better understanding I am providing google drive link to a screenshot of what I am trying to say. I appreciate your support.
