Hello,i have a problem when create a products page .i crate a page first ,then i add the portfolio to the page ,i choose a portfolio catalogue which included 2 portfolio post ,then save and update .but when i view the page ,there is no pictures to show ,it have some words say “please add portfolio posts for them to display here ”.i do not understand ,what is happened ?how to slove this problem .My avada theme version is 5.04 .

Please make sure that all 2 of those portfolios have a “Featured Image” assigned to them, if no featured image is assigned you will see that error on the front end.

Hi,
I like the best points in your theme are: Avada has over 200k Sales and Demo with transparent headers.
But, after bought your theme, I’ve known that “Transparent headers are disabled on all archive pages due to technical limitations”
Please find solution to fix for this point, I think Avada will loved and bought by more new customer.

That is true because generally transparent headers should only be used if you have a background image or slider assigned to your page top, however in the cases or archives (that are auto created) pages its not possible to do so, assigning a transparent header there can cause issues with the menu visibility. However if you want to force it on archive pages a CSS can be used.

I just updated my theme now and the website went blank. I changed to wordpress default and the website works again. please what could be the issue. ?? Is anyone having same issue with the new version 5 update

Thanks for the reply, I deactivated all the plugin, website loads, I activated only Avada core and builder and the website will not load again.
Cleared my cache and deactivated all again, site worked and discovered woocommerce was causing it due to php version on the server. Thanks

Hmmm … the support renewal price is set by the author, in this case ThemeFusion Avada’s author. If you missed out on the discounted price, unfortunately, there is nothing the Envato help team can do to lower it.
One thing though, the support renewal is only for support. Your theme still gets all the updates and remains available in your account for its lifetime. That is our commitment to the buyer. The support is an author feature only. If you don’t need the authors help using the theme there is no reason to renew this elective feature.

I’m sorry but the Envato support person misunderstood your question. We the author (ThemeFusion) only set the item price, like when buying the theme.
We have zero control over the support renewal fee, we don’t have access to any of that info nor settings to change it.
The original email you received was from Envato, I’d recommend replying back to it and asking them if the discount can be extended. The author does not have any control over that.
Very sorry that info was given to you, it was either a misunderstanding or miscommunication.
But the best thing to do, is reply back to the email that you were sent and take it up from there. My honest guess is they won’t be able to do it since it is outside the renewal stage, but it’s worth a shot.

Hi, for some reason after the latest update all my embedded videos now display English subtitles. I cannot seem to find anyway to turn these off (or on). The only thing that a user can do is to switch them off once the video is running but I would obviously prefer to not have them display at all. Please can you let me know what is going on?

Hi, I am interested in purchasing Avada wordpress theme. In my website I want to have a main content area with two sidebar. I want that while viewing the page in mobile the main content area should be displayed first then the left sidebar and then the right sidebar. Will it be possible?

That is definitely possible. You can have a two sidebar layout and the content in the middle. Then on mobile, it will be content, left sidebar, right sidebar.

After the last update Slider Revolution completely vanished. Upon trying to install it it gives me this message:

Plugin install failed.
Plugin not activated. A higher version of Slider Revolution is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

It looks like there was an error when that plugin was installing. WP won’t reinstall it since the folder exists, so it doesn’t want to overwrite it. You can login through FTP and go to wp-content/plugins/ and remove the /revslider folder. Then the install will complete.

That will import the page and page elements with their settings (sliders and images aren’t imported).

That simply means that you have a slider fallback image assigned to it, please go to Fusion Options > Sliders > Fallback image and make sure that no image is assigned to the fallback image field, if the issue persist please do open a new ticket and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Website speed actually consist of many things and a major part of it is content on the page, if you notice there is a very large Layer Slider there with Embedded videos and sound cloud elements so that is why results are like that. The home pages of our demos are pages that we optimize the images on, but most of the interior pages will show high scores also. Images play a huge factor in tour speed results, as well as hosting, your server, your extra plugins, content and more. The theme does play a part, but much smaller then you would imagine. And Avada is optimized and gives you the ability to get extremely high scores as long as you take care of the other items mentioned, which is user related content.
Avada is optimized in the way that the theme is fast, content you add to it, just like any other theme, has to be optimized by the user. For example, if you have a site of 1100p wide and upload a 2000px image on a page, that will heavily drop your page speed score because Google and other places like GTMetrix see the container as being 1100px, so it’s loading an image that is 2x the size as it should be.

Thank you so much Avada for your theme, Have just purchased it through a recommendation, I had uploaded it earlier this evening on my word press site, which is running lovely with the Mega menu and word-press, however in the last 10 minutes, i have updated to the new word-press 4.7 version and now the Mega menu fusion and ultimate member have disappeared from the options
They were working fine before i had upgraded to worked press 4.7. I know that this must be the new word press update as i am running ultimate member with Avada and the Fusion menu on another site and it works Perfect.
I am now afraid to upgrade my other Avada sites to word-press 4.7, as i can not afford for ultimate member and the mega menu with the fusion menu to disappear .

I can assure you that our theme is 100% compatible with the latest WordPress that is 4.7 and there should be no issues at all with the Mega menu, all of our demos are on 4.7 WP with 5.0.5 Avada and you should see the Mega Menu is working all fine and good there, however i am not sure about that other 3rd party plugin you mentioned earlier.

That means that your server has too low of a limit for the upload_max_filesize setting it too low. This should be set to at least 32M. This is a server configuration, so you can contact your hosting provider and request that they increase this for you.
