i am using visual composer modal box to pop up this box and selected the option pop up when page is loaded. I created a block and than called that block in modal box. please suggest what is best way to do that

1. Please go to Admin Panel >> Ultimate >> Google Map >> Insert the API key. But this option is available only in the latest version of Ultimate Addons for VC.

I checked the Demo, I really like your themes, but unfortunatelly when I try to fill details on checkout, there is no spinner when updating the process, no spinner when loading the city, no spinner when calculating shipping charge, Storefront checkout page is much better, buyers know when data being processed, buyers will not think that the page is going to hang. but without spinner when updating details, it’s will be a huge problem

Sorry to say that there is no option to add the spinner when loading the city or calculating the shipping charge. But with small customization, we can add the spinner after the click on the Place Order button for you.

i’ve tried using theme option -> skin -> background -> body background = nothing changes
i’ve tried using theme option -> skin -> background -> page content body background = all of page content have background images, but what i wan’t is only for the left and right using background images, and page content no background images.

Please follow the steps given below:
1. Please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> General >> Set Body Wrapper as Boxed.
2. Please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Background >> Body Background >> Set the Back ground color Transparent and upload the image then check your site. You will see the background only left and right side of the page.

A nice feature for a future release would be that the porto-block shortcode insert from within the wysiwyg editor has the functionality that it pulls up the blocks that are available in for example a dropdown. This way you don’t have to manually lookup and insert the ID and Slug name.

I think you have not updated the theme required plugins. Please go to Porto >> Plugins >> Update all plugins.

Please update your theme version to the latest Porto 3.3.3 and then go to Porto >> Plugins section, you have to just click the update button on the both plugins. Your both plugins will auto-updated to the latest version because the latest version f the plugins are already included in the latest theme.

Would you be able to share which file I’d be customizing in the child theme file to get a widget to show up under the category description on a category page (which I think is referred to as a product archive page)? I’ve found a plugin that creates custom widget areas but I’ll need to paste the code into the theme file.

Yes, you can use it. Please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Compile Default CSS >> Set the Background type as Dark >> Click the save Changes button >> Then Click the Theme CSS Button >> Then Click the Plugin CSS button.
After that process please check your site after removing the browser cache, you can see the dark version of the theme. If you are not able to do that then please contact us through our support system so we will solve this for you.

after updating i have a problem with quantity. Normally the customer place order and AFTER he had made payment the quantity get reduced. But now the quantity reduced before making payment. So if i have orders which are not paid or broken the quantity is always reduced an i have to add it on my own. Is there a mistake in new update?
