The ticket system is not working for me, it is not providing a ticket number and when I try to set up an account, it doesn’t send the confirmation mail to my email address. How can I proceed?

Yes, you have to create a new page in order to compose a page with page builder like seen in the demo pages that we’ve made.
Simply, choose “Page Builder” as a page template in the page edit screen and use “Page Builder” meta box to build a page.

Would love to know if its possible to set a default category for a post to display in the top corner as its currently which ever category is alphabetically
For example we have a music category and a sub category for events which ranks in google and would love to only highlight the music category just above the tittle

In this version of the theme, the highest-level category of the post displays in the post teaser by default. Unfortunately, there is no option to display other sub categories here.

Hi, we are having serious problems in managing the theme.
http://vforvenusmagazine.com/1. The sticky sidebars are not working anymore. The option is on but it doesn’t work in the homepage, nor in the pages or single posts. 2. We are trying to insert a feature post in the main sidebar of the homepage but there is one category which is not made visible, which is of course the category we need to show (name of the category: “E di come ci sono finite”) 3. The feature post is not working even in the homepage for NONE of the categories 4. We are also having issues with the Flex Ads plug-in. Is there a way to have the size of the ad automatically adapt to the screen resolution without having to choose a preset?
Finally, we have seen a new theme update is available, but a message warned us that we would lose all customizations. What does it mean? Do we have to set the theme options all over again every time we update? Is there a way to keep previous customizations?

1) Is it compatible with AMP? 2) Compatibility with Schema.org (Structured Data) and Rich Snippets? 3) Can the ADS be configured to display according to devices? (In mobile but not in desktop etc.) 4) Does the theme support reviews? Example of review post?

- Currently, there is no native AMP support.
- The theme is compatible with structured data.
- Yes, FlexAds allows you to display different ads according to devices.
- There is no review system for the posts currently. However, we are planning to add this feature in the further updates.
Just bought this last night and the builder once you save elements it doesn’t allow you to edit them again in version 1.0.3 and it seems other have reported the same issue.
I basically cannot use this them until this is fixed since the builder is needed for customization.

SanFrancisco theme requires php version 5.4 or higher. That’s why you are getting this error. You can contact with your server administrator to upgrade the php version.

Hello, great looking theme! A few question prior purchase: 1) is it possible to have video backgrounds? 2) does the post supports video for thumbs or it would have still to be featured image 3) is it possible to hide the views, comments and hearts icons on the posts 4) is it compatible with revolution slider?

- You are not able to place your video as a background, instead you can use animated gifs.
- As a post teaser, you can only use featured image.
- You can easily hide number of views, comments of likes from theme options.
- The theme is not compatible with Revolution Slider.
