I have updated my ticket on your support portal. This is a very difficult theme to get working and it is not intuitive as far as the setup. Make sure you have access to and can modify your server hosting configurations as they need to be very specific otherwise this theme will not work. I am hoping support can figure this out for me.
I opened my ticket a day ago with you guys originally and still do not have a fix. Please respond to it on your support system.

Hello, I am currently in development with this theme. Please see url at: http://shawnmeek.com/test/16SCR002. I have some questions, mostly in regards to CSS that I need to edit:
- Logo cutoff / wrong size: There have been cases where the logo was being cut off (view: http://bit.ly/2mhChLx ) or coming in really large in size. I’ve yet to see it on my tests, but client has seen this. Thoughts on how to optimize / ensure within the CSS?
- On the Services quadrant (4 columns): I currently have buttons in these columns and wondering if there is a way just to make each column / feature link to a specific page on click?
- Services and Our Team panel: on left and right arrow hover, this turns blue on hover. I’ve changed the image file it is referencing in Media Library and has not updated. Please advise.- When the site is scaled to mobile the header picture pushed down with a weird black background and the logo is still cutoff. How can I change this color?
- How / where can I alter the background color for the navigation bar / sticky header. Note: only when scrolled the sticky header appears, and I’d like to edit the CSS to have a definite color. Where do I do this?
- I’d like to use a Facebook social aggregator in the footer. Is there a social aggregator that you’d recommend to be used in the footer?

We’ve adjusted the heights in between the text and ‘learn more’ button, and works great on a 15 inch, yet may break at slight variances on other devices. Is there a way to ensure uniformity in height for these 4 service columns?
4. http://shawnmeek.com/test/16SCR002/team: On Team: There is a lot of extra space at the bottom on mobile view, not sure why this is the result. Is this due to the team panel providing this additional space on mobile?

1) Yes you can add div # call in the inner pages as per your needs.
2) Sorry but we have not tested with any facebook feed plugins. But you can try any plugins out in the wordpress repository. Mostly it will work as expected.
3) The services section height in your home page depends upon the content that you have added in that section. The height increases if the content increases. You need to have equal contents so that it will equal in all layouts.
4) Kindly mail us your FTP and WP Login Credentials through the right bottom form @ http://themeforest.net/user/designthemes . so that we can check the issue.
5) Have to check your page, Mail us your credentials ( FTP and Wp-admin )
6) Choose the option in the “Advanced Carousel settings” as shown in the screenshot http://prntscr.com/en02b2 for scrolling all the items visible in the desktop.

3) Response: I’ve done this by adding equal spacing to of the top-margin to all buttons in this area. It should then work, but you are describing character count (so maybe that is my next option).

6) Response: I tried this and this option was already set this way (with ‘all visible’ selected). Is there another option to fix?

1. It is necessary to remove settings icon in the front page of the website? 2. The speed of the site is very slow. Hi, I purchased this theme and installed it, but I can’t find importer section from Buddha Panel. Also, I’m having a problem with installing Ultimate Visual Composer Addon. I need the Contact 7 forms to work with the MyMail Plugin. Right now, the response email for the Request A Call form looks like it’s from you. And I’m unable to figure out how to change the design for the response/notification email. Also, the data fields in the email template are not loading properly when I send myself a test email. I’m currently using a template in MyMail, I just can’t figure out where to go to change the design of the response/notification email.
Net-net, I need all the forms on my website to be connected to the MyMail plugin. I need the design of the email that is sent when someone submits one of my forms to be consistent.
