I don’t know what that is – it’s not on our demo site so you must have added it yourself. Are you trying to add a sub menu to the button in the menu?

Totally unoptimized CONTENT.
The theme itself is very well optimized. The content isn’t – intentionally – our theme demos usually run unoptimized as many assets are generated dynamically showing different use cases in the demo.
Check it again now. 71 Desktop, 71 Mobile https://i.imgur.com/FCF6jrq.pngThat’s with just a few simple tweaks to enable caching and some optimizations to images in the content – not a single theme file has been changed.

Your web host is blocking the font file from loading. If you get in touch with them they’ll be able to resolve it.

I wouldn’t recommend that – there’s a fair bit of code involved in it – fixing your permissions issue would be the better solution. Send the screenshot to your host and they will be able to assist.

It’s not a code problem – they’re not telling the truth if that was their response. It’s very clear in the screenshot I sent you that your host is blocking the resource from loading. I’d contact them again or switch to a better host – for ease of use and speed, Siteground are excellent.

I recommend adding the demo data as detailed in our setup guide. This recreates the demo site and allows you to work from that. You also add it via a separate local install in order to compare it.

I plan to buy your theme, but before I do, please reply me for some question. Is the portfolio can be added to the page as a shortcode? Or it can be selected only by a page template for eg. “Project landing”?
I want to add portfolio in my Homepage below “My services” section, but I’m afraid that it will be impossible. I worked on the theme of “Broker” by your and I could not add this element to another page.
Next question. Can I expand the item: “below-main-content” which contain “textwidget”, so that it includes more columns or another row above or below.
Another question: if the VC is an element is called: “WordPress widgetized sidebar” I ask because in the template “Broker” this item was missing.
If this theme does not include those mentioned by me is whether you plan to develop it for these features in future updates?
I hope so, because your theme is very good and I like it so much. I work on the template “Broker” so I know I can expect good code and cool customization feature.

Re: Portfolio – we use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/portfolio-post-type/which doesn’t currently support shortcodes so what you’re looking to do wouldn’t be possible without custom coding.
Re: below-main-content – the number of columns/rows is fixed at present – you could change this via a child theme.
Re: WordPress widgetized sidebar – I believe we’ve simply removed this widget via vc_extend.php – which again you can restore via a child theme if you wish.
We don’t currently have plans to add these things at present as we don’t want to introduce too many additional options.

You don’t need to enter any license codes for Layerslider or Visual Composer. The full versions of both plugins are included with the theme. That field is only for people who have their own individual license.
