Hi, I left a comment earlier about a recipe plugin/theme I ended up putting the recipes on a subdomain so the recipe plugin/post settings dont clash however when I installed the theme on the subdomain for some reason the footer and the social icons in footer won’t display correctly, I have footer set to 4 colums but it’s all displaying in one column not sure how to fix it? http://recipes.mothersbuzz.com/ if you need to login, login username and password is the same as the one I emailed to you earlier

Hi, I just bought this theme (great design by the way!) however I was wondering if you could help with one thing. I also use a recipe plugin and on the recipes I don’t want the feature image showing as the recipe plugin already shows the image and also want to hide the side ribbons on the feature image which have the comment count author etc but I only want to hide them for the recipes not other blog posts. for example want to hide them on these recipe posts: http://www.mothersbuzz.com/recipe/japanese-simmered-pork-roast-recipe/ how would I do this?

I can see all the ribbons next to the featured image are removed for just the recipes category which is awesome thank you but I also want to hide the featured image for just this category too? as the recipe plugin already shows the image. because it’s not a normal post I can’t hide the featured image in ‘edit post’ for the recipes
actually nevermind I worked it out with some custom css code thank you for the help and great theme

need to add xili language flags and added the row to the child theme functions.php. Looks it does not work. To which file I should add this row add_theme_support(‘custom_xili_flag’); Should be working the way i did it.

1) Do you want to hide the meta details in the recent post shortcode view means, get into Dashboard > Kidslife > Integration > Custom CSS > Enable Css > Yes > Pasted the below css code inside the text area > Save All.

2) Do you want to change the read more text in the recent post shortcode means, then you can assign the read more text under the shortcode.

- I was using version 1.4.2 where I suddenly couldn’t edit the content of for example the Title box.
- So I read all the comment here and update to the newest theme version and updated all the required plugins as well.
- I updated the page builder (black “update content”-button) Result: Even worse: The layout of the page builder is totally broken.
Please tell me what I have to do: These theme is pretty expensive and I didn’t use the support before.

Hi! I need to solve 2 problems for the web in responsive devices:
1.- It appears a lateral menú to personalize the color of the background and de containers (full width or not). I need to delete this option.
2.- I have a background image for the header of my website, but when I Access from mobile ot Tablet, this imagen doesn’t appear. It appears a defaut image from the theme. Where can I change de image?

1) You can disable it from Dashboard > KidsLife > General > Others > Disable Style Picker > Yes > Save All. Please have a look.
2) Get into the file path /wp-content/themes/kidslife/style.css at line number 411(approx) there you can change the header background image.

You can change the image url as per your need.

Hi! I’ve a problem with the plugin Design Themes-Core Features. This plugin is included in the theme Kids Life. Results that I’ve worked in localhot, and all worked properly. But now, when I’ve migrated to remote, this plugins try and error in the archive pagebuilder.php, on line 160. Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_convert_encoding() in D:\Inetpub\webs\divulgadeses\wp-content\plugins\designthemes-core-features\page-builder\pagebuilder.php on line 160 If I active the plugin, the web appears in blank (a White bacground only). Still your hosting team has not enabled the mbstring extension in your server which is why you are getting that fatal error after installing that plugin. That extension is needed for that plugin to work correctly. Mostly all of our clients have that module enabled in their servers. Your hosting team should be able to do that. 2. You have these clouds just above the footer which pops out a bit, can I replace it with another PNG, can I also add this to all other blocks?
3. I don’t want the hexagonal gallery, is it possible to change shape to circle or square along with the size of the hexagons.
