I’m currently editing my shop and I have an issue with the megamenu – it does not find all products in my store. I can’t find a pattern but only some of them are visible by the module, so I’m not able to edit my menus as I wish.

1. you will not have to pay again. Work is in progress from september there are great features cooming, it will be avaiable not earlier than middle-end of February
2. theme performance level is on similar level as default theme
3. Mostly in design

Hello,
Can I find some guide? Because in theme only appears megamenu, blog and rev slider. The video has low information, just the arrow button with no text and no voice, imposible to understand anything.

By frontend editor is happening the same, I just copy the same box and doesn’t work.
I clear the cache, tried with different browsers etc… Is not the solution that.
The HTML content, show with no content and no more info, I can’t add code there

I just bought the theme and forgot that my prestashop version is 1.7. My bad.. Will there be an update for this theme any time soon?

Theme cover all default prestashop hooks etc so i belive it is compatible, you may only need some css/design adaptations to better look and feel
Hi I am having 2 issues:
1 – the image product are strange. When I click on them the image is just a lot of white . Other thumbnails are ok. I have regenerate thickbox_default but nothing..
2 – the image in search module. When i search something in search bar the images of product doesnt appear
3 – the mails: i dont know if it is depend on template but in a mail (order confirmation) there is tag products but I dont see any products
1. in backoffice > preferences > products > enable jqzoom, or ib backoffice > preferences > images > descrese thicbox_image size, make it at least twice smaller 2. in backoffice > advanced paramters > perfromance > option ” disable ovverides” should be disabled 3. it is not related to template

The issue 1 it was because image was too large 2 you had right
but i have another issue, I cant translate the palceholder “Search” I have tried in “translation” to change but it doesnt change

Hello Team Looking forward for your new feature release: 1. Infinite Scroll 2. Wishlist once added it shall be highlighted on category and product list such that users will know the product is already on wishlist. 3. On Panda theme, we could see quick side bar for cart, compare, recently viewed and looking forward to see such options on your theme. And also they have very good quick short buttons on category and product page bottom for mobile devices which are very much appealing. 4. For mobile devices, there is no filter button option with canvas menu. Would love to see it on your theme, on panda we have that theme.
I personally feel good features are justified on panda theme than yours, for the cost we pay. As panda is $9 cheaper than warehouse, but still unique features provided.

Yes but Panda do not have other features that Warehouse theme has, it is simply diffrent. I’m working hard with version dedicated for ps 1.7 and there will be a lot of new features and improvmants
Thank you, but kindly update your theme for all versions with customer friendly features more as main focus. As the key shortcuts for cart, recent viewed, wishlist, infinite scroll etc will have great UI ease for the customers.

You can enable catalog mode which will hide prices, but you will need to buy some “ask for quote” module
Hello, i am using PS 1.6.1.4 and have updated from Warehouse 3.6.8 to 3.8.2. All is working fine only one problem is left. I have no rollover image after update anymore. I checked the Plugin Adder module and also i have done every step so far. It would be nice for helping me out.

Hello, theme is compatible with latest 1.6.1.10 realase, and with default spanish language, so you can import it from Prestashop, then translating frontoffice should not take more than hour. There is also work in progress with prestshop 1.7, it is planned for February

Hello! Unfortunately it’s about a week that I can’t see anymore my website with your theme on mobile. I tried to delete cache, I tried to disable the mobile theme (like suggested on another template directory), but with no success. The site is www.therockstore.it. What do you suggest?

Hello! Given that I’m not the original developer of that website, I can’t use the account that was used to buy the theme. I just obtained another info: the owner of that site had to restore the database due to an external attack. After that, the mobile version did not work anymore.

I have no contacts with the previous developer and neither my customer has, given that he has changed his telephone number (he is a freelance) and has broken any contact with him. in prestashop you can disble modules per device, it looks liek some module (maybe themeeditor) are disabled for phones only, becouse on resized browser it works but not when you access from phone
i have already finished my webpage except one thing , thumbnails in megamenu. there is a dropdown menus for example modern carpets—>a-b-c-d-e and there is a small square for thumbnails i think , but how i can add them for preview in mega menu?

I have warehouse version 3.7.9. I want to update to warehouse 3.8.2 but in the “Updates” folder I don’t see a subfolder labeled “3.7.9 to 3.8.2”.
