Because shoping cart is for multipage. If you run a shop this mean you use multipage, otherwise it is not needed, this why we didn’t do that for onepage. However you can create child theme, and copy that functionality.

I’m interested in this theme, but before I decide, I’d like to know if it is possible to have on the same parallax page a few blog-posts of a specific category (like “NEWS”) and ON THE SAME PARALLAX PAGE some other blog-posts of another category (like “THOUGHTS”). Both in the same page.

Hi, I have just installed the theme exactly like the document and I have a problem. The insert shortcode button is not showing at the galley post page or other pages. How can I fix it?

Insert shortcode buttons is not needed, because it is depricated. We use visual composer, and you can see blue backend button just above text area field.
Hoping for some help. Visual Composer will not activate with this theme. I’ve repeatedly tried to do so and it just goes to a blank screen. Suggestions?

Visual composer works fine for all our more than 1000 customers who use Mentas theme.
There might be some specific reason why this happen on your site. At first please add this code at the end of wp-config.php file

If this won’t help please, have a look at the error log in your hosting, and email us that to support@azelab.com a long with your ftp and panel access details.

I’m using fullscreen youtube video as a home page, but it’s taking around 13 secs to load the page. Could you indicate me some format/site to improve the loading speed? My video has 22secs and is fullHD, so the original file has 64mb.

I’ve made the test on this website you’ve recommended and algo at the www.gmetrix.com. Both of them, reported two issues related to the slow loading speed:
- it says there is too much javascript to load. I copied their message: “20.0MiB of JavaScript is parsed during initial page load. Defer parsing JavaScript to reduce blocking of page rendering.” - It says there is no browser caching. Do you recommend some good plugin to do that?

I’ve checked https://tools.pingdom.com/#!/eHTgRy/www.harmonizaoficial.com.br yes you need total cache plugin to set up, then go for it settings, and combine js, css files, minify.. turn on page cache.
Ok, I did it and then test the website performance again on pingdom and gtmetrix and got the following results:
- According to pingdom loading time have reduced from 10 to 7 seconds. But it still accuses caching and JS problems. I got grade E and F for these itens, respectively. - According to gtmetrix loadin time increased from 19 to 36 secs. I can’t believe this is possible. It also still indicates problems with caching and JS.
Besides that, al youtube videos on the website stopped loading after installing this plugin.
I’m ver concerned with the website performance. Any other guess or tip?

I see installed total cache plugin, this is good. In that plugin settings you can combine javascripts and css files. You need to enable that.

- Minify Cache Method > Disk
- HTML minifier > Minify (Default)
- JS minifier > JSmin (default)
- CSS minifier > Minify (default)

1. Combine javascript files. Make combine only.
2. Make sure your hosting server is good. If you check our demo you would notice that it loads 2 time faster. Because we use VPS server.

Your code is correct. The only reason why it doesn’t affect is that custom css of certain page is override global css. Another word you are checking a page where you have custom css in page settings. If you check any inner page you would notice that your css code affected and work right.
So what you should do: add the same css class to a page settings/skins/ custom css box where it doesn’t affect.
Hopefully I could clearly explain.

No need to put to each page, just put on that page where you custom css is overriden in page settings. For other pages just put in main theme settings

Mental and Mentas is the same theme. Just somewhere it is declared Mentas somewhere Mentas. Because we renamed it a long time ago.

Hi Jeanbrad, you are welcome.
Bad side of Wordpress is that you can keep content exactly like it was before when you change theme. So answer is no.
As for pixelization, please make sure uploaded image is more than 1200px width.

Is this a known problem and if yes, when will there be an update for this? One of the main reasons i bought this theme was the gallery.
Hi daniel_arp, you can see on our demo which is 2.1.1 no issue. Simply rebuild your page content using visual composer, in visual composer under Mentas tab you would see all our native shortcodes. So you have to build page using those native shortcodes.

First of all, great theme. It is one of my favourites and I’ve used it twice on different projects. I’ve recently updated the theme to the latest version, using the Envato Toolkit. I had not made changes to core files and used the Custom CSS panel to make style changes.
Since updating I have a problem with my galleries. The default, ALL, filter is not displaying so i get a blank page when the gallery loads. When i click on one of the filters i have set-up, the content displays correctly.
Is this a known issue? Do I have to update anything else? I am running the latest version of Wordpress and have updated all other plugins before updating the theme. Everything was working fine.
I have everything backed up, but of course I would like the latest version to be working.

The issue you mentioned is known. As you may know since version 2.0 we moved all our shortcodes to Visual Composer, and don’t support old text written (ultimate shortcodes) anymore. You should rebuild your pages with visual composer, or at least that page where that issue is.
We understand this bring inconvenience to those friends who built their pages using old methods, and having issues after update. But in order avoid “spagetti code” we decided to not support old shortcodes, instead we moved everything to visual composer, and will continuously support theme for next several years!

I bought a theme called ‘Sphera’ about a year ago and they have now discontinued their support and my Revolution Sliders are not working even though they are set up. This is default wordpress comment form. You can turn that off from theme settings. But if you want to customize it, to add other fields or so on, you can try to use some available plugins which extend default comment form features.
