Hi there – I just added the new theme to our site, looks good – having an issue with user accounts though…

So the issue I’m having right now is creating a new account is giving an error message:

“Sorry, looks like something went wrong. Please correct the following and submit again:

We have sent an email to *, please click the link included to verify your email address.”

Even though it throws this error, it DOES send an account activation email. And verifying the account causes it to work correctly.

Any info you could give to help would be great! Brian

Hello, I love the way this theme looks and interacts with my potential customers. However, I am concerned that in the live demo of your page, it shows the product images in a relatively small size. I run an online fashion store where large high quality images are important. Can the product image size be resized or if I purchase this template I’m stuck with the sizes already shown in each product listing in the demo page?

I was almost buying this theme but going through the comments, I discovered that the theme developer is refraining themselves from responding to questions and they have only one answer – get in touch with their support.

Well, I am off to the other theme just because owner do not show responsibility.

Hi Support, how do we re-size the slider to be the same width as the main body of the page? The same width as the three banners below it? Do we need to install a new slider or is this an easy fix? Thanks

On the product detail page, variant, why is mine showing as a drop-down menu, rather than in boxes as shown on your demo? How do I change the variant options into boxes? I could not see it on your documentation. Tnx!

How to remove currency options from homepage?

The “New Arrivals” module on the home page cascades strangely on Google Chrome when the browser window is reduced to a certain width. Items no longer appear in a grid. They appear in a jagged format instead.

How does the wish list work? I created a wish list page and enable wish list on the template but for some reason the feature does not work. I tried to test it by using an account on my website and added some items to my wish list. When i click on my wishlist link on top of the website, there’s no product showing on the wish list. Every time I click on a product and add to wishlist, it says product added to wishlist sucessfully but they’re not showing on my wishlist account. Can you please tell me how to fix this problem. Hello, I have a few questions about your template. First of all, I have multiple color options for some of my products but if a color option is out of stock, that color does not show in the product detail page. All the color options only show when they’re in stock. I want my customers to see all the color options that are available for the products even if one is out of stock. So how can this be fixed? Second, I sell many different brands and they all have their own size chart. I want to be able to provide a size chart for each of my product in the detail page. Depending on the brand or product that the customer is viewing, I want them to see the size chart that belong to that brand/product. Your template only allows me to upload one default size chart for all my products which is not smart. How can this be fixed?
