Yes, you can have header background video with text and button by using Roneous Single Header element, Slider Header element, Slider Revolution or even a combination between Section video background and Text + Button element.

And of course you can easily set up the email setting in Contact Form 7 for your purpose. You can also integrate Contact Form 7 with MailChimp subscribers list.

Not having any luck changing the scroll speed in the scripts.js

Hi! To change the scroll speed, you can use the “MouseWheel Smooth Scroll” plugin for the best result: https://wordpress.org/plugins/mousewheel-smooth-scroll/

After activate the plugin, you can go to Dashboard > Settings > Mousewheel Smooth Scroll to change the scroll speed.

2. Yes, our Roneous theme will never load Woo Commerce or Revolution slider resources if you don’t activate there plugins.

3, 4. It’s ok, the features from various of Roneous demos can be combined. So you can feel free to use any part of elements to make your unique homepage.

5. The categories are available separately in both Blog and Portfolio.

One more thing about the support. The images you post on support forum are not visible where I live because the site is banned. How can I see those images? The support part makes me thinking because of those images.

WPML is a commercial Multilingual plugin, so you will need to purchase it from wpml.org and install it to your site.

Woocommerce is a free eCommerce plugin, so after you install the theme, you should see a list of suggested plugins (include Woocommerce) at the top of the WordPress dashboard. And you can just follow the instruction to install Woocommerce.

The menu should be sticky if you already set the “Header Layout” in Page Settings section to “Transparent Header”.

By default comments are disabled on front page because for most people it’s not needed. However, if you want to enable them, please follow the steps here:

1. Open up the setup.php file in themes/roneous/inc folder, fine the line 16, and change it into this:

// remove_post_type_support( 'page', 'comments' );

2. Open up the page_visualcomposer.php file in themes/roneous folder and add the following code right below <?php the_content(); ?>>

<section class="container">
    <?php wp_link_pages(); comments_template(); ?>
</section>

3. Go to front page editor, scroll down to bottom of the page, and check on “Allow comments” option in Discussion section. In case you can’t see Discussion section, please enable it in Screen Options button at top right of the page.

Actually the theme provides such functionality, we’ll update the documentation in order to better explain this.

Roneous theme comes with multiple types of Header that supports background image, so please point to specific page where you got the problem with header image.

Normally you can check the Page Title Layout option in Page Settings section at bottom of the page. Here is a list of layouts that supports header images: Center Background, Center Background Large, Center Parallax, Center Parallax Large, Left Background, Left Background Large, Left Parallax, Left Parallax Large.

If the problem persists, please head to our dedicated support area and create a ticket http://www.themelogi.com/tickets/ be sure to leave a URL and logins in private also.

- To set the background color for menu header, please follow the steps here:

1. Set the “Header Layout” in Page Settings section to “Transparent Header”

2. Set the “Page Title Layout” in Page Settings section to “No Title”

3. Add a Single Header or a Slider Header element, and set the title & background color as you wish.

4. Click on Save button and see the changes.

- To change footer background color, you can add this in Appearance > Fonts & CSS > Custom CSS field:

footer {background: #1d1d1d!important;}
footer .sub-footer {background: #1d1d1d!important;}
