Hi, i want to install your demo theme (http://demo.cmssuperheroes.com/Wordpress/wp-nuvo-modern/), yet it doesn’t appear to look exactly the same as the demo site. We have “Nuvo Restaurant” instead of the “Nuvo Modern”. What could possibly go wrong? Thanks!

Some of my elements on the page don’t have the backgound like you show in the demo. I tried to setup the background from visual composer and also my setting it up from wp-admin > Pages but it doesn’t seem to work. The background simply don’t show up. I tried to find this in your documentation but except for a small details about the template and vague info about the options, all I could find in the documentation was the standard documentation for revolution slider and essential grid.

Also, I double checked the options and the sliders simply don’t show when opening the website on mobile. Is it a bug or why don’t they show up? Tried a couple of samsungs and iphone 5 / 6 / 7. Same story. Also, on ipad.

I know my support has expired but I bought the template a long time ago and didn’t use it until a month ago when I finally found time to install it and work on my new website. Hope you understand this and still try to help me.

My problem is: The slides don’t show up on smartphones. I tried to visit my website on a friend’s iphone 7 and the slide don’t show.

I checked all the settings global and also in slider revolution > slides. All the platforms are checked (Desktop / tablet / phone)

Do you have any idea?

Also, I saw that when I enable parallax and 3D from the Slider Revolution, the sticky menu is not showing up. Do you know about this? Is that normal or is a bug?

Hi. I’m using NUVO theme currently and I updated everything which are wordpress, theme, plugins. After updating, the visual composer doesn’t work. I think that the problem is confliction of version. is it right? whatever, how can i fix it?

I have installed the NUVO theme and use it with a child theme. I want to edit the styles.css within the child theme directly. Unfortunately the child theme’s CSS will be loaded before the original CSS, so that everything will be overwritten. It’s only working, if I am adding ”!important” to each CSS rule, which not very comfortable.

What do I have to do, so I can use my individual stylesheet file within the child theme? Thanks!

I’m having the same problem as user BrandMaster2013 posted on the Support Comments 10 months ago. My problem is that I installed Contact Form 7 and Contact Form 7 Datepicker but for some reason the theme is blocking me from using it.

Any thoughts on how can I fix it?
