Import Demo Data for fitness is not working successfully . It only imports some partial data and others are missing . Is there any specific reason for this problem ?

Currently we are reworking our demo import to make it smoother and faster. Please, submit a ticket at our support center and provide us with link to your site and your WP-admin login credentials. We will import demo for you or we can just send you demo XML file so you could import it yourself.

1. Yes, the theme is fully compatible with Visual Composer. 2. Yes, both front end and back end editors are available. 3. Not sure what you mean. You can see all theme’s options on our demo, left menu like: http://theme.crumina.net/polo/architect/ , or like here: http://theme.crumina.net/polo/logo-right/ . If you mean something else, please specify the question. Transparent header is also possible: http://theme.crumina.net/polo/transparent/

We have never come across such issues with the theme. Probably this is some problem on your end. According to the screenshot from your ticket, it seems you have installed some plugin that caused this problem.

You need to edit fragments/header.php file. On lines 248 and 271 find this code:
$menu_home = '<li><a href="' . esc_url( home_url( '/' ) ) . '"><i class="fa fa - home" /></a></li>';
and replace this piece of code:
<a href="' . esc_url( home_url( '/' ) ) . '"></a>
with this one:
<a href="your-url-here"></a>
Upload edited file to Polo child theme by preserving the same path as in the parent theme.

Hi Beautiful Theme! I am trying to add a 300 px high hero image to some of my pages. Before installing the theme, make sure your Wordpress installation is clean. If it doesn’t help, please submit a ticket at our support center, and provide us with link to your site, your Wordpress admin login and password and FTP credentials. Our team will check your settings and will help you get demo content installed.

Is the Polo Wordpress theme with the full licensed Visual Composer or do i need to buy another full license to use i.e. the front end creator?

There are no half licenses of the plugins that are bundled with themes. All of them are full licensed. Visual Composer comes full licensed with Polo too.
But, please note that we do not provide license for Visual Composer to non-direct buyers of it. This restriction is established by Envato market. All updates of Visual Composer are provided together with theme updates and are available to upload via our update server.

If you mean portfolio slug, you can change it to your custom one via Theme options>Portfolio options> Blog portfolio options>Custom portfolio slug field. After you have entered your custom portfolio slug and hit Save changes button, you need to resave permalinks under Settings>Permalinks section.

Hello Crumina,
I am posting on behalf of my client. My client has purchased the theme but he is struggling to add the dropdown navigation in top bar.
When I checked, the dropdown items automatically gets deleted. Don’t know if this is related to some theme settings or there is some bug. I checked all the demos but there is no such similar demo.
Can you please help me getting this done.

Hi Pankaj,
No, it is not a bug. The top panel menu is supposed to be used as additional menu and dropdown menus are simply not foreseen for it. It is not only in Polo theme, but in most themes on Themeforest too, that top panel menus don’t have dropdowns.
Unfortunately, we don’t know how to achieve this and to make it work properly on all screen resolutions
