I have Prestashop 1.6.1.0. and Warehouse theme v3.7.9
I can’t add new custom html content in iqit content creator module. After trying to add new content and hit save, nothings appears in “Custom htmls” content list. I have “force compilation=On”, Smarty cache=Off, and also I cleared the cache. Still doesn’t works…
Any solution, please?
you need to create custom html first, it is possible to do that above grid creator
that is the problem…I cannot create “custom html” content. I can create new “custom html” content by pressing “add new” plus sign button, I put “name” and content in corresponding fields and then click Save button, but in the “Custom htmls tab list” the newly created “custom html” content does not appear.
In the index of “htmls tab list”. It does not appear in the index of custom html content above the grid creator.
export your iqitcontentcreator content, then reinstall module(uninstall and install again), then import content and then try to create custom html
If I do what you advise me to do, is there a risk to loose some content I have already setup in the iqitcontentcreator for the homepage, when I will import the content?
that’s way before reinstallation you should export your current content and then import it after reinstallation

hello, yes it is enable that in blockcart module configuration, you need to have order with multiple products and delivered status to show some product here
Sorry, i don’t understand what you mean with “multiple products” and “delivered Status”. Are these options that i need to activate, if so, where can find these options?
no it is not settings
they just simply orders in your shop(they must be orders which contain more than one products) and status of this order must be set to delivered/finished. then it means that there are some crosseling products (customers who bought this product also bought)
Thanks for your quick response. I don’t mean that, i mean that when somebody adds a product to the cart a popup comes out, well, in this popup i want to show the accesories related to the product that the client just added.
ahh, there is no such bulid in option, therey is only bulid in for customer who bought productt also bought, for accesories you need to make own custom modifications

it is actually not theme related, it is part of prestshop and prestashop have multulanguage/multicurrency and multishop function so yes it is possible

Hello Sir, I installed style11, all seems to be fine, but, in this moment the megamenu is displayed over the revolution slider (www.peppo.ro). How can I avoid this? I tried to set a margintop of 220px for revolution slider. This looks ok on desktop, but breaks the layout on mobile. The revolution slider hook is set on displayTopColumn. Cheers!
I just found the option in Modules – Theme Editor – Header – Absolute header on index page – Enable slider under header. And set this option to “No”. Thanks!

to mariospletna , you can edit product.tpl in the theme and comment the things you don’t want to show.
for the manufacturer generally it’s the image of the manufacturer that you should hide , look for brand image and comment . Line 238 in product.tpl

hi, i’ve last theme version, i’ve Ps 1.6.1.10 version, and ive problems to se create acoount page on chrome, firefox and others. can you tell me how can i solve it. thanks
sorry i will explain better. With iexplorer i can see autentication page, but for sample with chrome i cant see, only appears header and footer of page. I dont know how i can solve this issue that only happens with chrome and other navigators. It happens in more than 10 devices where i’ve tested. I cleaned cache, i changed www in seo of prestashop and it continues.
i’ve putted standard theme and it goes good, with your theme it fails

Hi, Is it necessary switch ON “mobile” on theme/mobile for mobile and tablets or not ? I saw on FTP that belong themes/warehouse dir there is a subfolder “mobile” so I have doubt about it. tks

Feature suggestion:
Set default currency for front office.
Use case. All my suppliers are and product imports are in one currency USD. However my store serves another country altogether let’s say mexican peso.
I can’t change the default currency to mexican peso without screwing up the product imports however as USD is the default currency that’s what visitors see when they visit the store.
Geolocation does not seem to work well enough.
A better solution would be a simple module to change the default currency of the Front Office.
Additional bonus functionality would be to able to disable certain currencies in the front office altogether.
(For instance for my use case it would be preferable if USD were not available at all)

I would like to insert “textbanners” module somewhere in a row in homepage using homepage editor. For that, I inserted a row with custom named hook in homepage editor BUT textbanners module doesn’t offer the ability to choose a custom hook to display… Is there a simple solution ? Thanks
in textbanner config, select to hook in in hook home, then in conten creator use option “module include” and select text banner with hook home, additionaly remove text banners from hook home in modules > position to avoid duplication
