Hello, I currently have a human resources system online, and I want to know if it is possible to migrate my current data to your spotify? My data is in Mysql …
Thanks
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well.
We recommend using the WP All Import Pro plugin to import job postings from a CSV file or Excel file. The plugin has been tested by the WP Job Manager plugin developer and a guide has been created on how to import your listings.
If there is any way to export the content of you database into these files you can easily import your content as described here: How to Import Job, Resume Listings Using WP All Import
Hope this answers your question.
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!
Kind regards,
Fernando

Also, Will it send emails to candidates if there is a new job that matches them?
Hi again,
At this time the WP Job Manager plugin does not have a notification feature to notify candidates when a new job is created that matches them unfortunately.

Dont purchase this theme, it is buggy and the support is terrible, its been 5 days since my first comment here and my problem has not been solved. It took them three days to answer my first comment which is just appalling. & all they said was that I needed to open a support ticket which I did and his hasn’t been answered..
Hi again,
As I mentioned in your previous comment, I do apologize for the delay in my original ThemeForrest response. That is where most of the wait time occurred only due to being away for the weekend.
As for the support ticket, we have reached out to you with a solution only a few hours after you submitted a ticket. If you do have any further questions please let Rashid know and we will be glad to assist you further.
We apologize for any delays you have experienced, but we hope to have this issue resolved for you.
Kind Regards,
Fernando
Hey guys, been waiting on a reply for a support ticket for around 5 days, could I get an update as I can’t progress with my site any further until it’s resolved :/
Hey there John,
I do see your ticket and it currently is assigned to Rashid. He will reply to you shortly.
We apologize for the delay and will get back to you shortly.

Hi there. I want to buy and use but have a pre-sale question. Let me try to explain myself.
I got 2 “monthly subscriptions” through woocommerce and woocommerce subscription plugin. One “free” and another, dunno, lets say ”$20”
If a member got FREE subscription will be able (as example) to post in a fronend form with title, image. phone and email. Visitors see only those items.
If a member got Paid ($20) subscription will be able to post in a different frontend form with all free (basic) fields but also … url, another images, full address, references. As examples.
When subscription ends, if members don’t renew or pay, all fields, obvious, will remain in DB, but only the page (frontend) shows FREE fields to visitors from those not-now paid members.
Another way is to got only one frontend form for all of the members, with all of the fields, but only show to visitors basic info from free members and all the info from paid members.
Keeping featured function, of course.
Is this clear enough? Is this possible trough plugin/plugins combination or theme?
Thanks a lot in advance!
Hey there!
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out!
You will be able to have both free and subscription packages($20 subscription) to allow users to submit their Job posts. Using the WC Paid Listings plugin and WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin you will be able to accomplish this portion.
In order to allow users to view a different frontend form according to the package, they choose you will need the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin.
For example, the free package does not display image upload, limit text that can be input in the fields etc.
Lastly, at this time when a user does not pay and the subscription ends, the job post will then be hidden. There currently is no feature to simply hide the premium fields and only show the free fields.
Hope this makes sense and answers your questions!
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!
Kind regards,
Fernando
Thanks a lot for your answer. This explain me all I need. It will be awesome to have options like “premium fields” to listins and paid subscriptions. Sounds like a good idea to me!
Thaks for your kind and clear answer.
Glad to answer your questions!
As mentioned, using the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin will allow you to hide fields but also create additional fields. You can assign these fields to the subscription package of your choice and have them hidden for the free package.
Hope this helps!
Cheers! Fernando
Oh … i got a question related to your answer.
Example: I am Pedro, a “free” user with one simple post. Suddenly, after 1 week, me, Pedro, decided to upgrade and buy a $20 subscription plan. I got upgraded the free post or have to create another one with the “premium” extra fields”? What happen after the subscription month, if i don’t pay … I (me, Pedro). lost all my listings or only the one’s related to my paid subscription?
I will be able to show with your theme all free and paid subscriptions fields in frontend?
Sorry my english and sorry for this dumb questions.
I understood that. I can create different fields for free and paid subscriptions.
But. I will be able to SHOW the data from those fields in each free or paid post? The data, not the fields …
Using the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin a user can upgrade or downgrade their subscription type. If Pedro does not pay, his subscription will not be deleted, but instead hidden until he is able to pay. So his listings will not be lost, they will just show up as expired.
Being able to show free and paid subscriptions fields in the frontend, you will also be able to show the data entered on a jobs page using the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin. If a field is created it will be displayed on the front-end.
Hope this helps!
Cheers! Fernando
Oh my friend, that answer my question. Many thanks for all your kind support. Have a great day!
You too!

Hi Fernando,
I just want to let you know that I have sent you a reply to the support question.

How can I remove the post author ? In my site appears the link of the author instead of the name: ie: “written by: http://migente.cl/author/migente/" instead of “written by migente”. I’ve tried many plugins to remove the meta but no one worked. Thanks
It’s done. Don`t worry.
Glad to hear you figured it out!
Cheers! Fernando
Hi Fernando,
I have added more categories at Job Categories, these appear when someone is posting a job and in my system when I’m logged as admin, but do not appear when someone searches for a job by category. Don’t know how to make these categories to appear there.
Thanks,
Andrei
Hi Andrei,
Hope you are doing well today.
Have these new Categories been added to Job Postings? If they have not this could be why they do not show up. At this time only categories that are being used show up for search results.
Hope this answers your question and if you need further assistance or have questions contact us through support!
Kind Regards,
Fernando
Hi
I need some help with your theme :
1, companies we worked with widget: It is set to 3 to show still the column numbers aren’t resizing and sizes them as if there would be 5 (3 visible 2 empty when set to 3 to show) Can you please fix this bug 2, how can i stop words getting hyphenated ??? it is really annoying
I need to get these fixed as they drive us crazy… Thank you
Hey there!
Thanks for reaching out today!

If you need further assistance, we can gladly help you through our support!
Kind Regards,
Fernando
HI, please read my message again and do not send me to round trips for no reason. As i said when the widget is SET TO 3 it is STILL showing 5 columns…this is a bug not a question of how to change a number in the customizer.
Also there wasn’t an answer about the hyphens…
Thank you
I brought up the Companies Helped issue, to the developers to have a better look at.
As for turning off hyphens, you can disable hyphens with this CSS:
"* { hyphens: none !important;}"
If you need further assistance, please let us know through support!
Kind Regards,
Fernando
Great I am waiting for the fix before the site can go live,
The CSS in complete that worked is :
p, h1, h2 {
-webkit-hyphens: manual !important;
-moz-hyphens: manual !important;
-ms-hyphens: manual !important;
hyphens: manual !important;
}
But thx for the starting point
I bought the theme today and it hasn’t downloaded and uploaded in full. I have left messages for help and was told to add a piece of code to wp-config.php via the control panel or FTP – Really disappointed Jobify has fallen at the first hurdle and will not even allow me to install the themes plugins.
Still awaiting a resolution or a refund

Pre-Purchase Questions
Hi, Good Day
I have a couple of questions that hope you can help me out before i make the purchase of this theme. Thanks in advance.
1) Will Candidates have a resume page? (I tried to create a user in your demo site and fill up some information in the page, but i cant preview it because the “Region” field is invalid)
2) Is it possible to have like a number of jobs can can a employer post base on the package or plan that they have purchased?
3) Is it possible to have like a number of resumes can a employer open or view after they make purchase of the package or plan that have set accordingly?
4) Is it make candidates to sign up for an account and fill up the required fields in the resume page before they able to apply for a job? (From the demo page, it will just pop out a window to fill in name, email & message)
5) How do employer view candidates’s resumes that have bookmarked? Is there a page to view bookmarks? (Same goes to candidates)
6) Will employers able to search for previously viewed/opened resume? Is there a page for storing resumes viewing records?
7) Will candidates able to manage job application history? like viewing job application records, add additional information to the job post, employer status & etc?
Will a candidates applications delete from the employer dashboard if the job post expired or been deleted?
Hope to get your assist on this, and if possible can we discuss further thru email or something? Again, thanks for the help, really appreciate it.
Regards Raymond
Hey, Raymond!
Hope you are doing well and thank for your questions today!
I will answer them as best as I can!
Question: 1) Will Candidates have a resume page? (I tried to create a user in your demo site and fill up some information in the page, but I cant preview it because the “Region” field is invalid)
Answer: Yes, using the Resume Manager plugin users can submit their resumes for employers to view. After they submit their Resume and it’s been approved their page will be generated similar to our demo Candidate Page.
Also thanks for letting us know about the submission form. We will add some Regions to allow users to submit a resume on our demo!
Question: 2) Is it possible to have like a number of jobs can a employer post base on the package or plan that they have purchased?
Answer: Abolutley! When you create Create Listing Packages, you will be able to determine the number of Jobs a user can submit and limit them to that number.
Question: 3) Is it possible to have like a number of resumes can a employer open or view after they make purchase of the package or plan that have set accordingly?
Answer: Unfortunately, there is no plan to limit the number of resumes a user can view. Listing Packages, will only charge a fee and limit the number of Resumes or Jobs a user can post.
Question: 4) Is it make candidates to sign up for an account and fill up the required fields in the resume page before they able to apply for a job? (From the demo page, it will just pop out a window to fill in name, email & message)
Answer: If you wish to have users Register/Signup before submitting a resume, they can click the button to Sign In and they will be redirected to the appropriate page.
Question: 5) How do employer view candidates’s resumes that have bookmarked? Is there a page to view bookmarks? (Same goes to candidates)
Answer: using the Bookmarks add-on, you can create a page for users to view all their bookmarks. The page will store all bookmarks they have saved.
Question: 6) Will employers able to search for previously viewed/opened resume? Is there a page for storing resumes viewing records?
Answer: To allows employers the ability to review the number of applications they received plus review individual resumes from your website, you will need to integrate the Applications Add-On.
Question: 7) Will candidates able to manage job application history? like viewing job application records, add additional information to the job post, employer status & etc?
Answer: Unfortunately, there is no feature like that currently available at this time.
Question: Will a candidates applications delete from the employer dashboard if the job post expired or been deleted?
Answer: They will be able to see that the user has applied and the application will be logged. The only thing that will be removed is the Job Post. The Employer will still have access to the dashboards.
Hope this answers your questions today!
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!
Kind regards,
Fernando
Hi, Is it possible to have membership fee on your template? So the users that want to search for a job must pay a memership fee so they can applay on a job that is posted on the job board?
Hi there!
Hope you are doing well today!
WordPress and Jobify out of the box do not offer a Membership system that allows users to pay to search for jobs. You can Create Listing packages to have users submit Jobs using the WC Paid Listings plugin.
If you would like to have a membership feature you may want to have a look at the Restrict Content Pro. See here: http://jobify.astoundify.com/category/413-restrict-content-pro
Hope this helps!
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Hello,
I’m trying to set up the Classic version of this theme and I wanted to use the Pricing page for people to purchase a plan and then be able to post a certain number of jobs depending on what price plan they have signed up to. All the support keeps referring back to purchasing additional plugins to get these functions working and to my understanding when buying the theme was that if I want to set up the Extended version I would need to buy additional plugins.
So my assumptions from seeing the Classic Demo with a pricing page was that I can have such an option on the classic site without the need to purchase more plugins.
Please let me know how this can be achieved.
Thank you.
Hi there!
Thank you for your question today!
You will need to use the WC Paid Listings plugin in order to get a pricing page. The Classic demo does not contain this feature since it does not use any premium plugins.
If you wish to create a Pricing page with packages you will need to use the plugin to achieve this.
Hope this answers your question
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!
Kind regards,
Fernando
Thanks for getting back to me, I find it a little misleading when you’ve added a pricing page on the Classic version – https://jobify-demos.astoundify.com/classic/pricing/
and the fact that you’ve put up 2 versions of the theme and said one will need paid plugins, yet you’ve put a price page on the Classic which you imply doesn’t need any paid plugins.
Then to charge $69 + VAT for a theme that compared to many others I have used is not easy to customise as everything is in Widgets. Now I have to spend more to get the theme working.
Doesn’t feel very fair. You should be more clear as to what is being sold here.
Hi again,
Sorry if there was any confusion.
The page does show a pricing page, but this pricing page was just a sample page to demonstrate you can create pricing list manually. As the page description describes, you can create Pricing Tables manually or using the WC Paid Listings plugin you can auto generate them. That is the purpose of the page. To illustrate that pricing tables can be created manually.
If you clicked the buttons you will see they do not redirect to the submission form also. This is due to the Classic demo not having the ability to create Job Packages, but having the ability to create a Pricing page.
We do apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
I will be more than happy to respond to any further questions you may have!
Cheers! Fernando
