There is a strange grey line running through my menu/header: http://74.208.93.31/influence/
Trying to figure out how to get rid if it or turn it white so I can’t see it. Please advise I don’t see a control for it within the theme cpanel.

You can turn of header border in all pages by goto Dashboard -> Appearance -> Theme Options -> Header Options and Turn off “Header Border”.
You can turn of header border in individual pages by goto Page Options -> Header and Turn off “Header Border”.

Please enable wordpress debug to see you receive any error messages. Mostly its because of memory limit. Increase WordPress memory limit to fix it. Visual composer, revolution slider and ultimate addon uses more memory.

How can I put widgets in the top left and right header postiions? I can only seem to put weird preset modules from within the theme cpanel… I would really like to be able to place custom widgets there I have some things those modules don’t cover. Please advise. Great theme so far!

This theme is absolutely gorgeous, and I hope I end up able to build a great website with it, but so far I’ve had only bad luck. I cannot install the plugins I need for the theme to run correctly. Instead of activating, they crash my entire site and keep me from even being able to access my admin functions until I manually delete them.
Moreover, I cannot access the support forums I need to resolve this issue. I’ve tried to register so I can log in and get help, but I never received a password email, and prompting for a new password through the lost password function doesn’t work for me either.
I really want this theme to work, but I don’t know what to do at this point.

One question though – when I open the site on mobile, the hamburger menu is on the right side (standard). But when you click it – menu shows up on the left side. Seriously??? Grrr. That’s the last thing holding me from buying it.
Is there an option to make it show up on the right side (where it’s super intuitive) when you click hamburger menu?
If there’s no option in theme settings – is it relatively easy to edit the code so that menu slides from the right side?

Google Page Speed is not only based on theme.
You should install optimization plugins like autoptimze(to compress and combine all css and js files), wp super cache etc. And you have to optimize your server. Example: enable gzip compression, buy good hosting, use cdn and google recommend that your server response time should be under 0.3s. Your server response time is below 0.5s your will be pretty high.
you can see dramatic speed improvement just by enabling gzip compression. Optimize your serve to get good score in google speed test tool.

We have tested! Plugin working perfectly well with our theme. However in shop page add to cart button is not hiding. But you don’t have to worry, we will add an option in theme options to hide add to cart buttons in upcoming update which will be available today.

Yes, you can translate theme to any language, its translation ready. However if you need multilanguage support you have to use WMPL. Theme supports WPML, But you have purchase wmpl from wpml.org, If you encounter any issues after purchase our theme, let us know via Our support forum. We will fix in 24 to 48 hours.

Yes, you can use as a catalog mode, you can enable/disable that option in the theme admin panel

But it did not work on that template. How can I be sure that in your template will work well? You can do a test for me at a glance product category (where you see perzzo / cart, etc ..) and a single product? Or alternatively have a chance to try backend demo where I plugin installation and its operation. It’s possible for you?

Innwithmemes, you might want to think about revising your theme documentation so it includes links to the tutorial videos, having to search the comments is really, really discouraging. I’ve been building sites for 7 years and having to jump through hoops just to import demo content is a joke.
