Apparently you are not moved the options to the new server. Most simple way: to make the export of the old server database to the sql file, then change in the sql file the old domain to the new domain via global replace, copy all the files from the old server to new server, and then import the changed sql file to the new server.

You can update theme via FTP or delete old version of Skrollex and install latest version. This will not delete pages or posts. WordPress stores content in a database, and also in the folder wp-content/uploads.

Hi thanks for the reply. How do I resolve please? If I edit the page using Layers replacing the image doesnt fix. If I try to edit from Wordpress – Pages- ALICE: Page + Site settings – Front page, I get an HTTP ERROR 500 saying www.synapsys.co.nz is currently unavailable to handle this request?

I have worked it out thank you. Turns out the theme we had previously before purchasing ALICE, left some text in a widget. Once I removed said text the page loaded fine in Firefox. Thanks for the help.

I purchased the Skrollex (grea theme btw!) and having issues with firefox and animations.. If you look at my site on firefox the homepage images do not animate (just shows 1 of the 2 images) however if you open the site in another browser like IE it shows the animations fine. Is this a bug? Please advise how to fix this.

Animations works on your site in all browsers. But since it is impossible to distinct programmatically the mobile device from the pc with touch screen, animation disabled on all touch screen devices for performance reason except IE. I hope that this opportunity will in all browsers or the majority of mobile devices will have sufficient capacity and it can be fixed.

Please specify the name of the button. ‘Update’ or ‘Save & Publish’? If you edit pages with Layers, you should use ‘Save & Publish’. This is the main method of editing pages in the theme.

Hello. I am trying to center align a media block image into a section on my site. How do i go about doing this? Thanks in advance
It depends on what you will insert and where to insert. Since you ask about it, it is assumed that you have inserted the image in the Media Block Content. This not so clear as it will be centered. Just do not insert an image and set the first center alignment for the paragraph and then insert the image
where is the best location to set css styles? sometomes i put it in the text – sometime in the section(advanced) – or should i put it in advanced CSS (on left side – under edit layout…)

If you insert css code in the SX Section or in other widget, it is applied for single page. If you want apply CSS to all pages the best location is Appearance / Customize / CSS.
Don’t change CSS files. This complicates the updates and it complicates support, as it is hard to understand that you have changed.

You can install and activate Skrollex just like any WordPress theme, but Layers must be installed first. Layers is a free WordPress site builder. You must have Layers already installed, but it does not need to be activated.

Skrollex allows you to create additional page. Popup windows are only for items such as elements of the portfolio. You can use them for any information, but I doubt that it will be convenient.
And also, you can try using a WordPress plugins for this purpose. Those who support shortcodes will likely work ok in the page builder.

I do not use plugins for this purpose, since it is not difficult to do manually. If you want to do it via plugin, just try the most popular. Skrollex not tested with third-party plugins, but I think that most suitable for this purpose.

You can change some of the layout options in the settings of SX Section in the right bar (enabe/disable top and bottom paddings and column gutter). You can also use the predefined styles in the editor. For txanole you can mark some text as highlight. In addition, you can use the color schemes and set colors for highlight, heading etc. The documentation has a video abaut using the color schemes. Please see it. All that is beyond the scope of this functionality can be done using custom CSS or editing the content in source code mode.

1. Install latest update of Skrollex. You are using a mask. The latest versions have been fixed problems with the masks. Try to disable all plugins other than those recommended. Restore all changes of CSS files and try to remove all Custom CSS in settings. Restore all theme source code files if you changed it. Also don’t use transparent color for page border. Unfortunately such a border will not be displayed correctly.
2. Do not use the empty columns for layout. It will not be displayed correctly on all screen sizes.
Yes i would like to update – but a get a bug command, when doing in wordpress/THEMES – ”it is existing allready”... so how to change? – using ftp ? – like i read through your comments: ”Simplest way is overwrite all theme files in wp-content/themes/skrollex via FTP. You should overwrite all files in wp-content/themes/skrollex for update. For backup you can export database and save all files from wp-content/uploads.

To disable title animation set Header Effect to No in SX Section settings.
Not quite sure what you call a stretched circle, but apparently it is also given there.
i mean the animation on start page: – the little bubbles – the circle right with point inside ( lightly moving) – and the arrow beneath
It is can be enabled/disabled via right bar in SX Section.

I’m interested in purchasing this theme but I tested it on mobile and it doesn’t perform well. I’m using an iPhone 6S+ and none of the cool effects, the things that make me interested in the theme, seem to work. Background images aren’t animated, the text effects are there, etc. Is there a way to set this up so that the effects are present for mobile users? Something like 60% of traffic is mobile now so it’s important to me. Thank you.

Hello together, i have purchased your theme and most things work pretty fine for me actually.
1. I have got an issue with the border on mobile device (iPad). While scrolling down, the border doesn’t move properly to its position. It cuts the border beneath and just when stopping scrolling it closes that cut.
2. I would like to set an E-Mail button on the left, together with social icons. Possible? It would fit there great.
3. I would like to have 2 columns in one section. One is fix with header and subheading, the other one i would like to set up testimonials which are sliding in. Is that somehow to handle?

just to inform you: you can see that issue on airesmedia.net too. i guess it is a general issue on tablets like iPad. nothing to do with custom CSS code or plugins.

Hi again! I have two issues thar im unable to fix in www.airesmedia.net:
1. The buttons from shorcodes in the main page doesn´t work
2. The parallax image in sx Section http://airesmedia.net/#somos is not full witdh at 100% – there is a margin on the righ side.
1. The notification about the need to activate necessary plugins is displayed on top of WordPress admin panel. Please activate required plugins.
2. This image is inserted not in section via ‘Add Background’, but in column via ‘Column Image’. It have width at 100% of column.
1. All plugins are activated, the buttons issues is only in the main page, if you get in a gallery item works correctly.
2. I Only want to show the background in the left column (I Confused about margin side, is on the left) I Want to copy as sx section with the button “Our Work” in the examples.
