Hi fox themes – I have sadly also trouble with the demo and specific pages that are broken. I am working locally atm. I have tried import the demo on several fresh wordpress both black and white without luck. My question is How do I build “Home Thumbnails” myself then.

Okay, i just tried that on a brand new wordpress site. Imported the black_all.xml (got white result?) – and the VC gridrotate on “home 2” still don’t work.

Well – a ticket could help, but am still working locally, so maybe another time. Time is sadly to short, so I decided to look for another solution.
That’s really sad. Let’s try it here: 1. Make sure you update the theme. 2. Make sure you update the napoli plugins. 3. Try to install it again. 4. Make sure that you have php version of at least 5.6.
That’s uncommon issue, and I am sure there shouln’t be a problem to fix it.

It appears that a function call to woocomerce ie being made. I have uninstalled that plugin as I do not sell anything. Is woocommerce necessary in 1.6.1 ? THanks

Yup it turns out Woocommerce is mandatory for 1.6.1! I just verified it! As soon as you activate napoli plugin 1.6.1 the posts break with errors. When you install and activate woocomerce, the errors get fixed. FYI Problem is I dont want a cart on my menu.

Just bought and installed the theme including the demo content (thru the wizard). But no pages or posts are created. I do see the demo images and the settings but no pages.

i download the last version but in the zip file only have the theme, not plugin incluided
Simply delete the one you have now in the list with the plugins. Then you will have a nortification on the admis dashboard to istall the Napoli plugin again

I’ve bought this theme because it’s fully responsive but… I’ve chosen the blog-style home page and with a smartphone, the banner is very very cropped… Is it a known issue ? The second thing is that i could not install the 1.6 version of napoli theme, wordpress say that “napoli theme” is already installed.

mmmm… I’m really not lucky with the 1.6 version of napoli theme. I submitted a ticket about fullscreen slider (you replied very quickly thank you) but i noticed some other issues.
1. My pictures under Napoly gallery (“justified”) are distorted 2. I can’t use new blog styles, even using “Post List” (like dragonflysakura said) 3. I can’t use new home pages and other pages (pricing, etc.), instead of pictures there is a source code line…
My question is : How to make a clean install of 1.6 version without losing my work and plugins ?

Justified Gallery is fixed on the latest version 1.6.1. As about the second and third points, please make sure that you have installed the latest Napoli plugin. If note, delete tis one and install it again.
Regarding your question, if you made the changes in the child theme, simply delete the current theme version and install the latest one. No changes will be lost. Plugins will not be lost either way.
