So there is no way to have parallax elements working on mobile (ipad/iphone) view sir?

It really would be great to give customers an option for parallax mobile on/off, it’s my #1 fav element to bring into a mobile view experience as truly sets a site apart from even the super expensive big company sites. If this ever becomes an option pls let me know and I’ll buy your amazing theme rt away!

Actually, we can help you to turn on the parallax in mobile & ipad with a small modify in script, but currently the parallax effect doesn’t work fine on small screen like mobile or iPad (may be iPad will work and we can help you to enable parallax in iPad). We’ll consider to add this as an option in next updates version of the theme.

Hi. I bought this template, but WPBakery Visual Composer and TLG Framework does not work correctly at the same time. I have had to disable one of the two in order to work. Is there a solution to this problem?

So if you don´t mind to wait for a while in order that we can keep doing this that would be great! Otherwise, if this is a must for you now, you will need to handle extra implementation for this.

Have you resolved this issue?
Once you sorted it out, please kindly edit your review rating of the theme. The missing style.css was caused by wrong file uploaded to WordPress, not by the Roneous theme itself. You just need to unzip the mainfile package and upload the installable theme file only, and you’ll get it work right away.

I have a problem with #rowid menu items. They work perfect in one page, but when i try to access them from other pages menu, they dont work. If i try to open link http://www.mysite/#rowid in a new page, pointing exact where is located. Any ideas?

Very nice! but still need some features for example:
1-option to have menu under slider 2- more options on the http://demo.themelogi.com/roneous/elements/image-caption-effect/ will be good the options to choose font color or overlay color… also the option to display title and subtitle, even the option to choose image size because sometimes doesnt fit the images. 2- on the single project will need new template to display fixed sidebar. 3- something good will be the possibility do display more than one point on the map
Please let me know if you can do that in next updates and i will buy this theme for my websites

We don’t have such option in the theme. However, we can offer you to use Custom CSS code for this purpose. You can add this code to Appearances > Customize > Fonts & CSS > Custom CSS field:
.spinner { width:40px; height:40px; background: url("link_to_your_logo_40x40.png") no-repeat; border-radius: 0; border: none; -webkit-animation: none; animation: none; }
Then go to Appearances > Customize > System, and set the “Enable Preloader?” to “Yes”.

Tried submitting a ticket but it keeps logging me out. Mines a quick question i would like to change the background color of the “Right Side Vertical Header” there are only dark and light options. Not having any luck with numerous CSS attempts to change. A quick response would be greatly appreciated. Cheers F

This might caused by the cache issue, in this case you only need to hard refresh the browser and try to login again.
About changing the background & color of Vertical Header, please add the code below to Dashboard > Appearances > Customize > Fonts & CSS > Custom CSS field (you can change the hex code color to the one you wish):
.vertical-menu, .vertical-menu .text-center, .vertical-menu [class*="vertical-"] { background: #000!important; color: #fff!important; }
.vertical-menu a, .vertical-menu li { color: #fff!important; }
We’ll add this as an option in the next update version of the theme.

Hi! Can you check out why the theme loaded in Safari or Firefox is so laggy and it’s not smooth as if it’s loaded in Chrome? I’m using a powerful Mac so the computer performance is not a problem.
