Please note that you don’t need a purchase code to make your slider work – it is needed to achieve updates. As developers we are the owner of proper purchase code exactly for Revolution and Layer Sliders. Slider licenses prohibit us from distributing sliders purchase codes, that’s why we cannot provide it. Theme purchase code won’t be accepted in slider as it refers to a completely another product. But please note that purchase code isn’t required for slider functioning, it allows to get plugin updates via dashboard, it’s not necessary as updates will be provided in theme updates on the Themeforest.

At the moment users can only log in to the site dahsboard and post content if they have one of the appropriate WordPress user roles: https://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities. Adding any products for sale is also available for registered users only. Some third party plugins might provide wider functionality for this purpose, but we can’t advise such plugins at the moment as we haven’t implemented tests. Appreciate your understanding.

If I understand correctly, it is possible for several pharmacies to register the backend of my site but with a specific profile, right?

The other questions are, will it be possible to: 1. Does the patient search for the lowest price or view the lowest priced pharmacy? 2. In the absence of a drug to visualize similar or complementary medicines? 3. Create mechanism for the patient to monitor the status of the purchase / order, therefore, I intend to make deliveries to the address. 4. Generate e-mail or SMS alert for Pharmacies whenever a drug is running out? 5. When a drug is depleted in all pharmacies registered on the site, will it automatically be updated to the “unavailable” state or will it have to be done manually in the backend by the Pharmacist? 6. Add different types of payment (Mobile POS, Paypal, Debit or Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Bank Deposit)? 7. Register medicines on the website indicating the Producer or Brand, Composition, therefore, there are same medicines but different producers. 8. Is there a maximum limit of Pharmacies that can register on the site? 9. Notify patients by email or sms whenever a Pharmacy is registered on the site? 10. Attach a prescription when you buy a drug? 11. Do each Pharmacy manage its stock of medicine, invoices, payments?

I bought a Theme (Medical Clinic) in your company and noticed during the construction of the site that some functionalities were possible by installing some plugins from other suppliers.

Please note that the registration functionality is provided by the WordPress, so you can assign different roles and capabilities to users according to WordPress standard roles, no additional managing functionality is available.

The theme uses Woocommerce plugin for the shop feature, so basically the theme’s e-commerce functionality is 100% powered by the plugin. You can read about the plugin’s features and capabilities here. To achieve the desired result there will be a need to use additional plugins and addons, WooCommerce plugin doesn’t presuppose such functionality, though you can use a third party plugin for this purpose, we just can’t recommend any at the moment. I should note that the theme guarantees functionality with basic WooCommerce plugin, while we cannot guarantee the theme correct work with all the extensions – in fact it is a usual practice. The matter is that we cannot guarantee the third-party plugins compatibility with the theme, as we haven’t implemented tests with them. We do our best the theme compatible with the most popular plugins, but can’t ensure absolutely proper functioning with all the variety of existing plugins, appreciate your understanding.

Besides our Medical Clinic theme is built on the same framework, so you can see the provided functionality and decide whether Medicine Plus theme is suitable for your needs.

Please see the following screenshots that show how the Medicine Information page is created: 1; 2. These blocks are made with the help of the Featured block shortcode with Icon shortcode in it, which was added using the Content Composer Shortcodes tool.

These columns are added as an Icon list shortcodes, with the only item in the list.

Concerning the featured product images – in fact it is rather hard to say what can be causing such a problem without seeing the website and investigating the issue from your end. Please send us a request here and our support team will investigate your case.

You can apply a different color scheme to a section, where sidebar is located. In fact the same method can be used for any shortcode. You can alter scheme colors in Theme Settings – Colors. Just please note, that applying a different color scheme is possible for horizontal sidebars only.

It’s a localhost installation (with xampp) so I can’t provide a link. Maybe this is the reason I am experiencing this bug. It’s strange since every other css customizations have been applied successfully on both layout…

On a side note, I noticed yesterday that on internet explorer (IE11) textareas show the scrollbar by default.

It’s sometimes happen that some minor issues are resolved, when the site is moved from the localhost. But just in case the problem persists, please contact us via this form and our support team will eliminate the issue.

Both layouts are just examples, you can remove/add any section according to your requirements, add any shortcode to any part of a page.

The composer we used is our own elaboration – Visual Content Composer by cmsmasters team. If you’d like to see how our composer works, how shortcodes can be managed, please pay attention to videos under Features menu item. They are recorded for another product from our portfolio, but general idea for Medicine Plus theme is the same.

Thanks for the response. I watched the video, and it brings up a few more questions.

I’m assuming the styling options in each shortcode’s option screen will put the CSS inline. It was a little fast to tell, but do the different elements have the ability to add classes so I don’t have use inline CSS?

Second, are there responsive options for each element? I have Visual Composer for one of my other themes and that’s one of the things I really like, being able to adjust offsets and visibility through each element’s options instead of having to figure out the CSS to do so.

Your theme only has a backend editor? That was one of the other things I like about Visual Composer, being able to see what the page actually looks like as I am making it.

Lastly, does your theme support Visual Composer? Not that your composer won’t work, but I am only now getting use to all the quirks of Visual Composer. If I find yours doesn’t deliver the experience I want, I would like to be able to add VC.

In fact custom classes applied are exactly classes, not inline CSS. Such classes can be added for each shortcode, column, section via special field.

There are no offset and visibility options for each element in our Composer settings. We can’t guarantee Visual Composer (Page Builder by wpbakery) compatibility with our theme as we haven’t tested this plugin, though there’s a possibility it will properly with Medicine Plus.

The problem with images exists because of Twitter script malfunction. As we can see your Twitter account doesn’t contain any tweets yet. Besides, there might be a need to add new Twitter keys. To generate them please proceed to https://dev.twitter.com/ and log in using your Twitter login data, then find Tools – Manage your apps and fill in the form. Generated keys can be added in Theme Settings – Elements – Custom Codes. Hope it will be helpful, please keep us informed about results on your end.
