Is there any feature for “infinate load” (not sure if correct term) when reading an article?
E.g. when finished reading an article a new article is displayed below as a full post.

Sorry but infinite loading articles is not part of the theme options. We do have this on our list of suggestions. But due to the way our theme articles were created, this feature is very tricky to implement. We hope in a future version of the theme we will be able to find a viable way of implementing it. Unfortunately we have not taken any steps in this regard yet.

Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme. If the problem is still there please contact us on our official support forum at http://forum.tagdiv.com/forum/newspaper/ and provide a link to your site so we can inspect it and see the error.

If you want to make your mega menu items to be similar to the ‘Travel’ menu example, I suppose, right? If you want to do that please consult the topic here -> http://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mega-menu-with-grid-columns/ because there you will see all the steps which are needed to take in this regard for achieving this layout. If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of all steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

Been using this theme for a while and love it. One question/issue. The classic editor is no longer available on my posts just visual composer. Other themes have an option button for switching between the two. Is it possible here?

There should be an option to switch between the 2. We do not recommend using visual composer on posts though: http://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/ But if you decide to anyway, yothere should be a classic mode button present. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

I can assure you our theme contains absolutely no malware or other malicious code. Envato also scans each theme for any at all threats so the fact that it;s available on envato is a double guarantee we are not providing infected software for our clients. Please scan your site and clean your wp install of malware as it does not come from the theme.

Regarding tagDiv Speed Booster. Does it perform the same functions as plugins like “Remove query strings from static resources” and/or “Autoptimize”? Or can all of these be enabled at the same time for maximum benefit?

Yes, you can use Speed Booster plugin to move the js and css resources at the bottom of the page and also it will make the theme use the compressed javascript file from the theme (instead of the regular one).

Is it compatible with AMP?
Hi,
Our theme has no AMP implementations, but there is a plugin made from the authors of WordPress though that seems to work. We have not officially tested the AMP plugin but our users claim it works as expected. https://wordpress.org/plugins/amp/

Hi,
After uploading most recent theme files, we’re seeing some issues with images on the site not showing. This was not the case before we’ve updated the theme.
The issue is “too many redirects” on some images. Newly uploaded images work fine, but some of the older ones do not show – they’re broken, and won’t open, even though the image is in the directory.
Any advice?

Hey, first congrat on the theme is really nice and rich, overall fast so I like it a lot! But I have 2 questions.
First one is this – as I said theme is really fast in overall, but there is this very first login in the site for the day, when main menu color and sidebar take 3-4 sec to load, after that till the end of the day they load very fast at the same time as everything else on the site, but this first login take few sec to change the menu color and show the sidebar, why is that?
My second question is, when I set-up my site I first install demo + content, then I added my own publications, changes on the site menu, pages etc and finally deleted all the demo posts and images, but everyday 1 unnatached image appears in my media library called “maxresdefault”, img link: http://i.imgur.com/a9uU6Fa.jpg Why is this image poping in my media library every day?

The speedbooster plugin is included in the main theme package. Please download the full package not just the theme install zip. In the full theme package there is a plugins folder where you will find all the theme plugins including seedbooster.

No, you don’t need to buy or register Visual Composer plugin. It comes bundled within the theme’s files and you also don’t need to register it. I’ll like to buy Newsmag but need to be sure it can do the following.
1. Does it have a provision to have a 720 by 90 header ad? 2. Does it have a sticky side bar for banner ads? 3. Can I stick an ad between posts? 4. Can I publish a post without an image and it will still come out clean? 5. Can I have titles that are as much as 12 words? 6. Does it allow post types such as audio? Video? Tweets?

1. You can use a 720×90 header ad on any header style.

4. Yes you can publish a post without any image as the theme uses a placeholder for such posts that have no featured image set. The placeholder can even be replaced with your own preferred image.
5. You can use titles that will show up as long as you want them to from the excerpt settings here: http://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-excerpts-introduction/
6. The post formats only include standard and video. Other post formats were disabled in our theme.
All the theme demos are included free of charge in the main theme.
