I’m not sure how long this problem has existed, perhaps since one of the recent theme updates but it seems that there are many incompatibilities with IE. The header main menu waps around the logo, the narrow top-header text iems also wrap and the full-page search box sits on top of everything by default making the site unusable. This is true even making sure to remove all custom CSS. Works fine on other browsers, but the site is simply unusable on IE. Shame, because otherwise this is a fantastic theme.

I see now it is only an issue relating to internet explorer version 9 and earlier. Backwards compatibility would be a nice addition to an upcoming update, for all those who fail to update such things. (particularly important for older corporate/businessmen who don’t even know what a web browser is and just use what came with their computer years ago.)

At the moment Impreza theme doesn’t provide this feature out of the box. Please note that we don’t provide support for non-standard customizations and for 3d party plugins which are not the part of theme package. You can hire a separate developer to implement this feature for you.

Hey folks,
I have a question. I uploaded my theme and noticed that its most broken unfortunately. I know my support has expired (so I understand if you might not be able to help). But some of the problems are very big. Website is: http://www.nadiraslam.de
1) Columns dont work anymore since the update. Instead the parts of the columns are sorted underneath each other.
2) For some reason the Images of my portfolio are shown in a very low resolution (even though they are updated in high resolution). I couldnt find a way to change it.
3) Back to top button doesnt rotate anymore when hovered and in general I cant find the option for disabling/enabling the back to top button.
4) Biggest problem: When I load the page you can see that the logo is first shown very big across the screen and you can literally see how the header assembles itself before the preloader starts. Even though the page itself loads fast it looks very broken.
Do you have an idea what the problem could be or if there are several problems?

As mentioned before the only issue I have is that the Portfolio pictures on the start page are blurry for some reason. The other thing is that I dont know where to enable or disable the back to top button.
As you might have seen I made some changes through custom css (removing it doesnt solve the issues).

1. By default Potfolio Item has 600px thumbnail, so I added above code to increase thumbnail size for your particular layout.
2. I added required CSS rules to make your animation work properly, it didn’t override theme styling without that part.

Hi, I am having issues with the toggle ‘Rounded Corners’ in the theme settings. I turn it off, and all the buttons etc still have rounded corners. I’ve used this theme before and it worked fine? Is there a glitch with Rounded Corners in the latest release? Many thanks

Today in admin panel an alert box came up and asked about migration to version 2.0. I have Impreza version 3.9.(!)

I’m still fairly new to Wordpress, but I have read that it’s important to check themes for security and proper coding with Themecheck.org or the plug-in. When I visited Themecheck.org I found that the Impreza theme has already been tested but received a score of 0 out of 100. It looks to be a very appealing theme, and I can see the wonderful comments. But can you explain why it rates so low in terms of security? There are 12 critical warnings in the code, according to Themecheck.

Almost all warnings related to the way the functions were implemented, we used WordPress standards, so there is no way to get rid of all warning completely, because theme should override some plugin or WordPress functions to bring new features instead of built-in.

Have re-installed wordpress and theme, ruins ok for a while then pretty much everytime in the admin it bombs out. When it does this, a logged out user cannot view website either. Anyone else had this problem and have a work around ?

Hi Guys, i am playing around with your demo and really like your theme. But i have one question. I added a new image with the header builder. Every time i load the page the image starts appearing small and gets bigger until it reaches its final size. Is there a way to show the image on loading the page with final size directly? 1- Is your theme support adaptive image? In case it supports where can I find the details about it to find out about how is it interact with my whole images on the website or it just support certain elements of it?

1. What exactly do you mean by adaptive images? All images on Impreza site are responsive, you can see it on every page of demo site: http://impreza.us-themes.com/
2. Yes, it’s fully compatible with Visual Composer (it came with Impreza), and Ultimate Addons as well. We didn’t test The Grid plugin, you can check it yourself here.
3. Impreza provides minified files right out of the box, so there is no need to minify them once again, however you can use WP Total Cache on your site, unfortunately, we didn’t check Autoptimize, Super Minify plugins compatibility yet. We’d recommend using WP Super Cache instead, by the way, we use it on our demo sites.
4. Yes, it provides support for RTL, you can check it on the test drive server also.
5. You can implement your font using this manual.
