Hi … please respond to ticket #25053 and #25048 in the helpdesk .. urgent plz … we need to launch

I’ve set up the default upload on this Wordpress installation to Jetpack paid subscription that hosts the videos on a special CDN. It’s working fine when uploading through a new post in the backend, however when uploading using the front-end uploader of the theme it uploads on the server where the website is hosted. (which shouldn’t be the case as the front-end uploading should be mirroring what is made in the back-end)

Any help with that? I’ve posted the above as a support ticket but not receiving any reply.

Please tell me as this is a very important feature that if not found the theme would be useless to me.

the image files are not being uploaded looks like a coding issue…. i just bought this theme yesterday .. im trying to uplaod images .. NOT WORKING .. video is working

When I post something (image, video, whatever) I type my text, attach an image and post. Then I see a message in the center of the post: “No content found Sorry! No content match Please try again with different keywords.” In some other posts it says “No media found” Why am I forced to “attach” smth when I might have some other preferences for this theme? How do I turn this off? Anyone experienced this?

Two days I’m waiting for a reply from these guys (through CS).................................

Does the theme support RTL ?

It looks like there are only two options, the entire site being either full-width or boxed. Is it possible to have a combination of the two, full-width header & footer with the main content between being boxed? Full-width is great for most of the site but on certain pages with a lot of text, like About Us or Blog pages, it’s difficult to read the text that runs across the screen on larger resolution monitors. Pre-sale question: I see this theme works well with media files, but would this theme also work well for posting links and articles from across the web? thank you.

This theme is very good. There is only one small problem. After uploading files by the user and pass the file by admin. The user can modify or add files and does not require the approval of the admin again. i cant solve this problem by some plugin like role user .

Hello, is there a way to have the theme to start loading more posts before the user scrolls and reaches the end of the page? For example, the theme to start loading more posts when the user is scrolling and is 10 posts away from reaching the end of the page. This way, we minimize the chances of the user having to wait for the site to load more posts. Thanks

Hello there, I have few questions on Uploader theme before I buy. I am building music website so please answer my question.

I was testing your demo theme on Test installation for some time and I notice something: 1: I saw this post http://i.imgur.com/SlbgTn6.png i notice nice playlist with background. But when I click Upload http://i.imgur.com/hQfIAsT.png there is no option for add a background to playlist or group songs together. So, what I need to do ?

I love this theme, but I have a few presale questions…

• My boss is highly concerned with speed, but this theme demo gets an F score on GTmetrix (https://gtmetrix.com/reports/extracoding.com/IJ5GlglD) and poor scores on Google’s PageSpeed Insights (https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fextracoding.com%2Fwordpress-themes%2Fuploader%2F&tab=mobile)... how confident are you that these can be improved once installed and optimized?

• We currently operate a news site with a staff of reporters, but we also want to allow others to post content as well… do you think it’s possible to somehow label the posts on the homepage as “News Staff” or “Community Submitted” or some such designation?

• Is it possible to configure so that posts can be uploaded without photo or image? Just text?

Is there a way to add a shopping cart system or at least some way that each member could sell their work through their own profile?

also is there a way to highlight selected members, so a member could pay x amount to have their profile featured so to speak?
