Hola Fernando I have a few questions : My customer needs to know if you can add the multiple choice tags, like the ones you have on the find a job section (freelance, fulltime, internship) etc. but on the find a candidate page ? (once plugin installed of course). I guess we can change the names of those tags am I correct? I saw a comment before where you mentioned WP Job Manager Field Editor , is that the answer? Do I really need it ?
Last question. Would it be possible to have two databases of candidates ? That way I could create two find candidates pages. It would be a great way for us to filter the first searchs. Like for example search for a Wedding planner, and another DB with search for a photographer?
Thanks for your answer.
Hola Alex,
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for your questions. I am more than happy to answer them today.
Right now you can integrate Skills/Tags to a candidates page using the WP Job Manager – Tags plugin. Although this integrates the item on the candidate’s pages there is no option to filter these items on a Candidate search page.
The Resume Manager plugin is what powers the Candidates feature. It does not have a built-in feature to allow the creation of a second database. If you were to integrate a feature like this it would require custom code as it is not supported out of the box.
Hope this answers your questions today!
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!
Kind regards,
Fernando
Hola Fernando, Thank you for you mesage, well it’s critical for her to be able to filter those tags, can custom code be the way to go ? could I ask you for a quote from you? do you guys do that? Thank you. Best regards Manuel
Hey Alex,
It might be possible with Code but at this time we do not do custom work. We are partnered with and highly recommend WP Curve, Envato Studio or Codeable if you need help customizing your website.
Hope this helps!
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!

How do you add a login pop-up? I looked at you documentation but I only see how to add a general menu popup. I need the default login as in your demo. Thank you
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well.
If you follow those same steps and make a pop-up menu for your My Accounts page, it will appear as a pop up for users. Make sure to follow these steps: Create a Popup Menu Item

Hi there. I’d just like to know whether this theme could be used to host potential-employees? For example, I have five graphic designers that want jobs, they are added as profiles on the site and potential employers can look through their listings (And profiles) in order to choose an appropriate candidate. Thank you in advance. Will support if the functionality exists.
Hey there!
Thanks for your question today!
Using the Resume Manager plugin you will be able to allow Candidates to create Profiles with the resumes.
Employers can then view their profiles and contact them!
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Hi,

Hi,
Do you have any exact date for new demos? I think theme is amazing but need some new features and demos… Thanks.
Hi there,
Thank you for your interest in our theme.

Hope this answers your question.

I’m having a nightmare setting up this theme. I’ve been forced to purchase further plugins to actually make use of the theme which I am not happy about, now I am getting errors. When I go to login it say “The content could not be loaded”, when I go to post jobs page and press Sign Up, it gives me a security warning telling me the websites not been set up properly.
When I try and update plugins I get 404 Error.
A simple update to a page requires me to click through endless widgets until I find the content!
Please give me a solution, I am losing patience with this theme. I have downloaded many themes from Themeforest and I’ve never had so many issues.
Hey there,
Hope you are doing well today.
We are more than happy to help out with your issues today!
Regarding the Login Link, either the original login page was edited. You will need to find the page that has the [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode or create a new one. After visit Apperance>Menus>Primary and update the URL of the Login menu item.
An alternative might be that you enabled to force SSL on checkout which might be what is causing an issue.
Please submit a support ticket over at our support page. We can help you further with all your issues!
We hope to hear from you!
Kind Regards Fernando
Hi Fernando, thank you for getting back to me so fast. Yes I’ve enabled ssl as I wanted to use stripe. How can I get the logins to work again and keep my ssl activated?
Hi Fernando, after much effort I’ve not managed to resolve the issue. I contacted my host and they said my SSL isn’t active or installed on my server so it shouldn’t affect the site, they say it’s the coding. I don’t know what to do, this is delaying me. Please help
Would you kindly submit a ticket over at our support portal so that we can help you out with this issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We are looking forward to helping you over on our help desk!.
Kind Regards, Fernando
Thank you, I will do that.
Pre-Purchase Question: I noticed on another thread that we can have accounts that a) submit jobs and/ or b) submit resumes
I’m thinking of setting up a website for recruitment agencies to submit candidates to jobs (of different companies).
Is that possible?
Thanks Eric
Hi Eric!
It’s great to hear from you!
Yes users out of the box can submit job posts. Also using the Resume Manager plugins will allow users the ability to submit Resumes.
You can create a website where a recruitment company can submit resumes and create Candidate profiles. The’se Recruitment companies will also be able to submit resumes to job posts on the behalf of candidates.
Hope this helps!
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Hey!
How’s it going? Happy to answers your question today!
Just like you are able to create Listing Packages for Jobs, you are able to create Packages for Candidates in order to submit resumes. You will need both the Resume Manager plugin and WC Paid Listings plugin.
For more information see here.
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!
Kind regards,
Fernando
When you apply for a job can you have it take you to the url automatically? Rather than getting a popup with the url. This eliminates the two step process.
Hello!
Thanks for your question.
Out of the box there is no setting to redirect the user to the URL automatically. The Popup is a default step. If you wish to remove this, you will need to use some code to alter this process.
Hope this answers your question today!
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Hi. I have jobify (my developer has disappeared and cannot get hold of him) but on the requirement field the bullet points to not work! It comes up with the code as per the image. How do you fix? http://imgur.com/a/xCVBL
Hey there,
Hope you are doing well today!
You will need to edit the Jobs description and manually add the Bullet points and remove the HTML tags.
Hope this helps.
If you need further assistance or have any further technical questions regarding Jobify, please contact us through our support page! We will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
Cheers! Fernando
Where do you edit the ‘requirements’ field? When you click on a job in the admin area you can edit everything but the requirements field! Its really strange? Any advice?
You can change all fields within the admin panel. Might need to look at the description area of the job.
Hope this helps!
Cheers! Fernando
Hi Astoundify,
Just wanna ask, is it possible to show “Offered Salary” in the job post? Also at the other way, is it possible to have a field for candidates to fill in desired salary?
Thanks
Hi,
One more question, is it possible to make a candidates resume page to be printable? Thanks
Hi there!
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out.
Question: Just wanna ask, is it possible to show “Offered Salary” in the job post? Also at the other way, is it possible to have a field for candidates to fill in the desired salary?
Answer: Out of the box there is not Salary offered/desired for jobs/resumes. The simplest solution would be to use the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin to add a Salary field for both Jobs and Resumes.
An alternative would be following this tutorial and add it using some code. See here.
Question: One more question, is it possible to make a candidates resume page to be printable?
Answer: You can add a widget to the Candidates page, that will allow users the ability to download the user’s resume.
Hope this answers your questions today!
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Fernando
I would like to know, is there a way to have a button on the candidate details page with PDF resume. i.e an employer can click the button to print the respective PDF resume.
Hi there!
Yes, it is possible using the Jobify – Resume: File Widget when a resume is uploaded to a candidate. If you need assistance send us a support ticket!

I know you’ve covered this in part before, but I need to know about customizing the registration fields. Since you’ve opted to use WooCommerce Social login, and they’ve opted to wipe their documentation of the issue as well as not respond to questions about it, I need to know if there is a way to turn off WooCommerce social login, use a custom registration page and then tie it into the theme functions.
Hi there,
At this time, the WooCommerce Social Login plugin is allowed to be displayed on the following pages:- Checkout: Within the checkout “Log In” Notice
- My Account: On the “My Account” page login
- Checkout Notice: Within a unique Notice on the checkout page (recommend this OR Checkout, not both)
For more information see here.
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!
Kind regards,
Fernando
Ok, I don’t think that answered my questions really
I’ll go one by one…
1) Can I use a custom registration page that does not utilize WooCommerce Social Login?
Yes, you will be able to create a registration page that does not use the Social login. See here: Create a Register page
Hope this helps!
Cheers! Fernando
I have WP Job manager and add on core package and jobify. I have some questions:
1: I want to create a job package and a resume package. Is there a way to hide job packages from candidates when they login so that they can only see resume packages, And by definition hide the resume packages from recruiters when they login. Currently jobpackages and resume packages are visible whether logged in user is recruiter or candidate?
2: We have also installed the Geo location which autocompletes location when searching for jobs on map. However with resume manager the location field is NOT autocompleted from google when adding candidates address. Can this be fixed?
3: How do you change the link colour just in the main menu. I have followed instructions in Jobify buy the variable is not visible.
Hi there!
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out.
1)Out of the box, jobify does not have any restriction system to hide pages for users according to their role. You can see about using the If Menus plugin to hide menu items from certain users roles.
2)I would reach out to the plugin developers. Currently, Jobify has no support for the Geo Location plugin. They should be able to assist you better regarding using it with Resumes.
3)By default, you can change the text colors through the Customizer settings.
If you are still experiencing issues, reach out to us through our support channel and we can better assist you!

Hi I am thinking about establishing a job board on my site. What I do not understand is, what advantage does it have for me to buy your special theme, while the plugins you need in your theme are able to provide a job board with any theme.
Maybe you can explain briefly
Cheers from Germany
Hansjörg
Hello Hansjörg,
Thank you for your question.
I would like to invite you to read over our article on this topic: Why Does This Theme Require Plugins to Function?
Hope this answers your questions today!
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!
Kind regards,
Fernando
Hi Fernando this does not answer my question. On the contrary. The question is not, why the theme Needs plugins, but what is the Advantage of using your theme for a Job board instead of any other theme? (which should work as well with the plugin like yours). Cheers
Hansjörg
