This is occurring because of the remove transparency from navigation option you have on from that page in the page header settings metabox – to fix it for now, you could either turn that option off or add this into the custom css box in the Salient options panel:

.page-id-3923 .container-wrap {
   padding-top: 0!important;
}

1. On a setup without third party plugins the theme & visual composer should only be consuming around 50mb, what are you using to get the info that it’s consuming over 200mb?
