2. We have stated in theme update that we discontinued Justified Gallery and moved the functional on our plugin, that’s why simply deactivate the Justified Gallery plugin, but before that make sure that you have installed the latest theme version.

1. Please check I have replied to the ticket. There is no slow response on my DSL 24MB connection. Please look at this video as to what I am seeing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UB-w_5oe0bY THis looks horrible when it first loads. Even if a user has a slow connection I dont want him to see this.

2. You mention Justified Gallery being discontinued yet on this same page further down you are recommending the justified gallery to a user. On my end I see it squishy.

I stated that Justified Gallery as a plugin was discontinued, and not the gallery Justified Gallery functional (Full Width Gallery in our case). We discontinued the gallery, as planned to add more functionalities in the Shortcode and The plugin didn’t support that.

As about your issue, we will have a look on other networks soon as we have tested on 3 offices networks and it behaves exactly as on the video I sent you in the ticket.

ok, i think you are using macbooks, try also on windows environment as this is where i am seeing it on many PCs on Chrome and Firefox both. Also like I mentioned in the ticket in regards to the Galleries and looks is there a documentation page that describes all the functionality of the theme? All the possible galleries etc. and how to do them. Is it via Visual Composer?

Please turn the preloader on. As what you see is not an issue, but is the time needed to load the images on the slider.

I turned the preloader on, the white space underneath it is still there. Its 4-5 seconds of the first image with no controls and then the arrows appear 200 pixels below at the bottom and only in the end does it correct itself. Why are you not seeing this? I am sure anyone can verify this. Start with a new incognito window to verify that its not cached.

Oh maybe it’s because it’s not the same name as here. My ticket name is Bamboo, i sent admin access when it was asked on the ticket. It just about how to change or add hower color on the menu/sub menu and also how to change thumbnails to show which part of an image (especially portraits photo ) i want. When i try to change it on media it doesnt work at all and show the same default thumbnails all the time.. sorry for my bad english, hope you’ll understand. Thanks. Regards.

We’re really sorry, but we got confused as on your ticket and here in the comments you suggested a new feature have a layout similar with Stamford, and we replied to you, that’s not possible at this moment as we have planned our new features for more than 1 month upfront, but after that we can add it. We also replied that if you want you can try to customize our theme to have the same look, or you can use our services for that, and on that, we replied in the same day (no 3 days to wait).

Hello, I submitted the ticket 3 days ago about the menu hover and i didn’t have any answer about that. Yes then i asked about how to have a similar look with Stamford and you replied me that you can do it as a customisation but stil didn’t have any answer for the hover… And i still have no answer on the ticket about that customisation offer… I already tried with the theme option settings and it’s not possible, this setting is just for changing the menu underline color or the menu color not an hover. Please check out the url i sent to you. There’s no option (or i can’t find it ) to have the same menu hover as Stamford (gray menu and white hover). Really sorry to bother you with that. You can do a replace of color #1b1b1b to #000000 in the file black.css the path is here assets/css/black.css Make sure that you’re adding all those styles in the child theme or theme options that you replaced.

Another quick question, is there a way to change/reduce the height or the position of the footer ?
