Hello, i’m interested to buy this theme. I have 3 questions for you. - I love the journal 12. Is there a way to choose it from opencart panel? - Can i choose to see the blog on my first page – index? - Finally, i will try to transfer all blog posts and comments from my old wordpress into journal’s blog table. I will do this mannually with php queries. Is there an easier solution? Thank you!

1. Your can import any demo from our own admins, as seen here, not directly from the admin.
2. This might be possible with some Opencart core file changes, not possible via admin options.
3. There’s no option to do that automatically in Journal unless you manually migrate all your blog posts directly into the database (from Wordpress database to journal_blog tables).

So unless you entered an incorrect email address there’s something wrong with you email application.

You should be able to access them here, assuming you provide the same email address used in the ticket.

I was wondering is it possible to have long product titles on the category page in desktop and tablet view but have short product titles on the category page on phone view? I can’t find these particular settings maybe i’m overlooking them.
If not would you guys please add this particular functionality in the near future as it is an extremely useful feature to have. As always keep up the Great Work!!!

Hi, currently the title overflow options can’t be set per device, they apply everywhere once set, but we’ll look into the possibility of making them work per screen width, however I don’t have an ETA now.

That’s not theme-related, you must indicate option types in Opencart > Catalog > Options.
Hi, why cant i upload and select images from the media library?
When I change an image, the normal popup for the media library appears but when I click a folder, the popup media library becomes a browser page and when I select an image it does not add it to the required sections instead it shows the image on the browser.
We can’t say what could be wrong without taking a look at your setup, however, if the same issue happens when using Image Manager in other Opencart pages (for example, when editing a product) it’s surely not something theme related. Try disabling all your third party extensions and see if that solves your issue.

Hi, it doesn’t have one but you can create it via Design > Layouts. Use “error/not_found” as the route.

Hi, we’re not sure what you mean by that but it’s not something related to the theme. If you’re referring to order confirmation emails, that’s an Opencart issue, probably related to your server setup. When I enable Social Sharing buttons on product pages it breaks my SSL certificate (says content not secure).
Are there extra steps needed to change it for SSL?

Hi, you’ll need to regenerate your facebook likebox with new codes and flexible width, please see Demo 10 admin how the plugin was added in the footer column. You can grab that code and just change it your own fb page.

Hello! Great theme, been using this one for almost 2 years. But for 5-6 months I see a blank fullwidth bar above the top menu bar displayed on product pages only. Another thing is that the cart is also resized. Again, this happens only on product pages, on other pages it seems ok. https://postimg.org/image/442ss8ii1/
I mention that I upgraded from 2.0 opencart version to 2.3 & journal theme (both fresh installed) few days ago, still the same problem.
Hi, you most likely have a custom mod that causes this on products pages. It’s definitely not caused by the theme, we don’t have such issue in any of our demos. Please file a ticket on our support page with access to your store so our developers can investigate and point you in the right direction.

It was caused by the custom language I had installed. Can you add in the future a module which shows a request quote(where price=0 only) instead of add to cart button and a pop up console for contact. That will be geat. Thank you!

You should not remove the json files as those are used for fallback in case you have any issues with the database. You can just hide the Active Skin selector from the admin and block access to the skins that way.

Hi, make sure you have some text added in Journal > Settings > Modules > Super Filter > Filter on Mobile > Text. Also update to the latest theme version, 2.9.0.

Is there a place to change the title bar color on CMS blocks and filter blocks. I really would like my CMS blocks bar to match all the bars on the site, but can’t seem to find where I would change it.

my problem is when i have problem on my open cart i remove all data and i have export my jornal .when i setup new open cart and the journal and i try to import the export i receive error i think this is for the new update so plz let me know how i can solve the problem.

I have updated to version 2.8.9 (opencart1.5.6.4) and I’m having issues with the currency display and selection in the header.
If I set currency display to ‘full’ the currency will not change from the default on any browser. This is my preferred setting. Please view my website to see http://www.sportsgearwizard.co.uk
If I set currency display to ‘symbol’ the whole of symbol is not visible and is right of centre on IE11
If I set currency display to ‘code’ everything works correctly.
Do you have any idea what can be causing this ?

Hi, we can’t replicate that on our end, you can visit our demos using the Full Text option and try to switch currencies, works perfectly fine in any supported browsers.
