If I were to buy this today/tomorrow would it be fully up-to-date? Meaning that patch Drupal put out June 21, 2020 – would that already be in place?

ok – I’d rather you folks handle the update also if I were to buy this does it come with an installation profile so after buying it I can easily install everything and when I go to my site it would look pretty much just like this http://malias.drupalet.com/ which would have Ubercart already installed?
