Hallo, After reading the conditions in this link we understand the licenses. Thanks! To ask about other issues and not to do it in Envato how can we do it with tickets? We agreed, it allows us to login but when we pass the tickets the system expels us.

Hi, I have acquired this issue and the Visual Builder licenses do not work and neither does Slider revolution. We can not work. We can not contact you by tickets because we are also constantly requesting login. We asked for solution already.

This is caused by cache issue, you need to hard refresh your brower and try again. I have leave a note about this in top of support forum.

About the plugin licence, you do not need to activate it for using the plugin, please read more detail about this in out FAQs page here (question 3): http://www.themelogi.com/tickets/topic/faq/

About the support indication on Themelogi site, the “add new ticket” button is inactive. : (
Hi! Please click on Login button in the menu to register an account before you can submit a tocket.
About the error 500 internal server error, please contact yout hosting provider and ask them to increase the memory limit as in our FAQs page (question 1).
After that, please go to Appearances > Install Demo to import the demo content, you can set the “Art Work” page as your homepage by going to Settings > Readings, and set the static front page to “Art Work” page.

Hi, it’s roneous.zip file – the installable theme file. You can unzip it and upload to wp-content/themes folder then go to Appearances > Themes to activate it.

The warning message is because your host is not allowing your site to open a file on the path it is located in. This really is not a theme issue. It really is a host issue.
Please ask your hosting providet if they can add “php_admin_value open_basedir none” to your PHP configuration. Also you can try the solution here: http://stackoverflow.com/a/34980645

Thanks for writing in! This looks like the error comes from opcache which is not related to the theme itself. But you can try to remove the php.ini file in your FTP because it’s no need to use php.ini with the theme in your side. Hi, This is a prepurchase question.
I have seen the demo and in most of the demos I see the menu overlapping the banner image. This can lead to problems if the image is not very good in which case some menu items might become unreadable.
Is there a feature available in which all demos can be seen with the main banner/slider appearing below the main navigation.

On my install a load of styles are missing which makes most of the demo pages a mess. They seem to all be in http://demo.themelogi.com/roneous/wp-content/cache/autoptimize/css/autoptimize_6cb5b0b6082f6725bd38a1dd53af276f.css on your demo site. Sample classes are wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-3, vc_column-inner etc

Hey Danny, that link to the image doesn’t work.
Any changes to the featured image on individual pages and posts have zero effect. It doesn’t take the image and displays it blank.
