Hi team I am a developer and I am using your theme. I am using WPML in the project, everything is working fine but there is one issue. When I am creating a slider in two languages and then assigning it to the home page its working in one language but in second language I am not able to assign a new slider. When i assign the slider from page builder option in second language and then update the changes the setting which i am changing in the second language that is not assigning and it revert back to the default language setting. Thanks for the message. However the 4 diagonal shaped blue boxes in the home page. Can we have it sticked on the header when scrolled down? I mean the size of the boxes “Department, Medical Services, Find a doctor section should get reduced (the entire row) and should be still visible and be as a sticky menu when scrolled down. Can we do that in this theme? If not possible will you be doing that customization at an additional cost?

At the current moment, it is not possible to access the backend. The example we’ve sent you was created with a few JavaScript lines and some CSS. We can customize the code and CSS even more to achieve exactly what you want but that would come at an additional cost for the customization service. Hi guys, I have inherited a site for a client that uses your HealthFlex theme. I have gone into do some updates and noticed that Visual Composer needs to be updated as the pages are not displaying correctly. The problem is when I go to update it says I need to purchase VC – is this correct or should the updates be included as part of the theme?

Hi, It’s impossible for me to integrate google tag manager. The code after head section is no problem. If I paste the code after body section it causes a 603 error. I can paste the body code a bit more down but then it’s nowhere to find in my source code. All is done at the header.php in childtheme.

In order to give your menu items a button look, Go to Appearance > Menus > Screen Options -> Check the [x] CSS Classes option.
Then Open a menu link and enter a class such as btn-secondary or btn-primary in the CSS Classes input field, accompanied by the btn and btn-sm classes. So your input field will look like this: btn btn-sm btn-secondary.
If you want some custom color on a button, you can add a custom class to that button (e.g. my-class) and apply a CSS rule with a custom color in the Theme Options > Advanced > Scripts & Styles > Custom CSS input field: e.g. .my-class { background-color: red !important; }

I am potentially interested in purchasing this theme for an upcoming dental website. I want to confirm your theme mutes the VC nag. Many theme authors say they cannot make that go away and other can. I will only purchase a theme that the author has figured out how to make the BUY OUR PLUGIN nags go away after the initial installation. Also, I assume the dental icons used on your demo come with it? Thanks in advance.

Hello, This is nothing to worry about. Healthflex 1.4.7 comes bundled with the latest update of Major version 4. Version 5.0, has just been rolled out and we’re currently testing it on our theme. Once the testing phase is over, we will include it on one of our next theme updates. You can always buy and load version 5.0 of the plugin yourself at any time, if you want to.
